KARAKTERISTIK INSTRUMEN DAN PROFIL KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PADA MATERI FLUIDA DINAMIS
INSTRUMENT CHARACTERISTICS AND CRITICAL THINKING PROFILES IN DYNAMIC FLUID MATERIALS
Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan informasi tentang karakteristik instrumen penilaian dan profil berpikir kritis pada materi fluida dinamis. Profil kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa juga disertakan sebagai bukti penerapan instrumen yang telah teruji kehandalannya. Pengembangan instrumen mengunakan model ADDIE telah berhasil mendapatkan 7 soal pilihan ganda dan 5 soal uraian. Hasil validitas logis instrument mendapatkan penilaian 88% mencakup ranah materi, konstruk, dan bahasa. Hasil validitas empiris instrumen berpikir kritis untuk soal pilihan ganda dan uraian masing-masing berkisar antara 0,692 sampai 0,814 dan 0,431 sampai 0,847. Untuk nilai reliabilitas masing-masing jenis soal mencapai 0,918 dan 0,769 dengan kategori sangat tinggi dan tinggi, untuk tingkat kesukan soal pilihan ganda berkisar antara 0,292 - 0,125 dengan kategori sukar. Pada daya pembeda soal pilihan ganda berkisar 0,25 - 0,583 dengan kriteria cukup hingga baik. Persentase profil indikator berpikir kritis soal pilihan ganda yakni focus (mengidentifikasi), reason (alasan), inference (kesimpulan), dan situation (fakta), clarity (konsep) dan overview (evaluasi) memiliki nilai yang sama yakni sebesar 16,7%. Pada 6 indikator soal uraian dengan persentase nilai tertinggi yakni focus sebesar 39,1% dan nilai terendah yakni reason sebesar 7,9%.
This study aims to provide information about the characteristics of the assessment instrument and the profile of critical thinking in dynamic fluid material. Profiles of students' critical thinking abilities are also included as evidence of the application of instruments that have been tested for their reliability. Instrument development using the ADDIE model resulted in 7 multiple choice questions and 5 essay questions. The results of the logical validity of the instrument get an assessment of 88% covering the material, construct, and language domains. The results of the empirical validity of critical thinking instruments for multiple choice questions and descriptions ranged from 0.692 to 0.814 and 0.431 to 0.847, respectively. For the reliability value of each type of question it reached 0.918 and 0.769 with very high and high categories, for the difficulty level of multiple choice questions ranging from 0.292 - 0.125 with the difficult category. The discriminating power of multiple choice questions ranged from 0.25 - 0.583 with fair to good criteria. The percentage of critical thinking indicator profiles of multiple choice questions, namely focus (identify), reason (reason), inference (conclusion), and situation (facts), clarity (concept) and overview (evaluation) have the same value of 16.7%. On the 6 indicators of description questions with the highest percentage score, namely focus, 39.1% and the lowest score, reason, 7.9%.
