Management of Robotic Extracurricular in Improving Student Competencies in MAN 1 Pasuruan
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler robotik di MAN 1 Pasuruan serta peningkatan kompetensi peserta didik yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler robotik. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipan pasif, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan cara kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Untuk menguji keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan kredibilitas, dependabilitas, transferabilitas dan konfirmabilitas.
Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Hal-hal yang disiapkan saat perencanaan ekstrakurikuler robotik di MAN 1 Pasuruan yakni teknis pendaftaran peserta didik, jadwal pelaksanaan, penentuan pengembangan kegiatan, serta pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan yakni, guru, wali murid, peserta didik, dan tutor ekstrakurikuler. implementasi ekstrakurikuler robotik terdiri atas empat rangkaian kegiatan, pengenalan terkait robotik, praktik sepurat robotik dan mengikuti event regional, workshop upgrade ilmu pengetahuan, dan mengirim peserta didik mengikuti event nasional. Sementara dalam evaluasi ekstrakurikuler robotik berbentuk deskriptif dalam jurnal ekstrakurikuler robotik. Harapannya mampu menjadi generasi penerus bangsa yang dibutuhkan dan memberikan solusi pada dunia industri seiring dengan perubahan gaya kebutuhan manusia saat ini.

The purpose of this study is to find out how to manage robotic extracurricular activities in MAN 1 Pasuruan and to improve the competence of students who know about robotic extracurriculars. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study research design. Data collection techniques using passive participant observation, interviews and documentation studies. While the data analysis is done by data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. To test the validity of the data the researcher uses credibility, dependability, transparency and confirmability.
The results of this study found that the things that were prepared during robotic extracurricular planning in MAN 1 Pasuruan were the technical registration of students, the implementation schedule, the determination of the development of activities, as well as the parties involved in the implementation namely, teachers, guardians of students, students, and students. extracurricular tutor. robotic extracurricular implementation consists of four series of activities, introduction to robotics, practice of robotics and participating in regional events, upgrading science workshops, and sending students to attend national events. While in the evaluation of robotic extracurricular in the form of descriptive in the robotic extracurricular journal. The hope is to be able to become the next generation of the nation needed and provide solutions to the industrial world along with the changing style of human needs at this time.
