PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR ELEKTRONIC BERBASIS APLIKASI MODEL ADDIE DI JURUSAN TEKNIK MESIN FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA
DEVELOPMENT OF APPLICATION-BASED ELECTRONIC TEACHING MATERIALS IN THE PAINTING COURSE USING THE ADDIE MODEL IN THE DEPARTMENT OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, SURABAYA STATE UNIVERSITY
Dalam masa pandemi covid-19 pembelajaran yang dilakukan secaa online atau daring pada mata kuliah Teknologi Pengecatan kurang efektif, hal tersebut dikarenakan mata kuliah Teknologi Pengecatan merupakan mata kuliah wajib yang harus ditempuh oleh mahasiswa Teknik Mesin FT UNESA yang didalam pembelajarannya terdapat teori dan praktek. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan bahan ajar electronic berbasis aplikasi untuk memudahkan mahasiswa Teknik Mesin FT UNESA dalam kegiatan pembelajaran secara online pada masa pandemi covid-19.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian (research and development/R&D), model ADDIE terdapat 5 tahapan, yaitu: 1.) analisis (analysis), 2.) perancangan (design), 3.) Pengembangan (Develop), 4.) Implementasi (Implement), 5.) Evaluasi (Evaluate). Subjek dan objek penelitian yaitu mahasiswa Teknik Mesin FT UNESA yang menempuh mata kuliah Teknologi Pengecatan. Teknik analisis data yaitu observasi dengan metode wawancara, angket validasi oleh ahli materi, desain, bahasa, serta angket respon mahasiswa dengan jenis angket pilihan yang di ceklis (√) pada skala penilaian nomor 1 sampai 5 dengan jumlah soal 20 butir.
Hasil dari validasi ahli materi yaitu kevalidan 2,9 yang artinya materi bahan ajar electronic berbasis aplikasi masih kurang valid, dan presentase 73% yang dikategorikan layak. Hasil dari validasi ahli media yaitu kevalidan 3,4 yang artinya tergolong cukup valid, dan presentase 84,5% yang dikategorikan sangat layak. Hasil dari ahli bahasa yaitu kevalidan 3,2 yang artinya tergolong cukup valid, dan presentase 80% yang dikategorikan sangat layak. Hasil respon mahasiswa yang memiliki rata-rata 87,5% dengan kategori sangat baik.
Harapannya bahan ajar electronic berbasis aplikasi dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Teknologi Pengecatan, namun dalam isi materi masih perlu di revisi kembali agar materi yang diberikan memiliki kevalidan yang sangat valid.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, learning carried out online in the Painting Technology course was less effective, this is because the Painting Technology course is a mandatory subject that must be taken by UNESA FT Mechanical Engineering students, where the learning includes theory and practice. So the aim of this research is to develop application-based electronic teaching materials to make it easier for FT UNESA Mechanical Engineering students in online learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.
This research uses a type of research (research and development/R&D), the ADDIE model has 5 stages, namely: 1.) analysis, 2.) design, 3.) Development, 4.) Implementation ( Implement), 5.) Evaluation (Evaluate). The subjects and objects of the research are FT UNESA Mechanical Engineering students who are taking the Painting Technology course. Data analysis techniques are observation using the interview method, validation questionnaires by material, design, language experts, as well as student response questionnaires with selected questionnaire types checked (v) on an assessment scale number 1 to 5 with a total of 20 questions.
The results of the material expert validation were a validity of 2.9, which means that application-based electronic teaching materials are still less valid, and a percentage of 73% is categorized as adequate. The results of media expert validation are a validity of 3.4, which means it is quite valid, and a percentage of 84.5% is categorized as very feasible. The results from linguists are a validity of 3.2, which means it is quite valid, and a percentage of 80% is categorized as very valid. The student response results had an average of 87.5% in the very good category.
It is hoped that application-based electronic teaching materials can be applied in learning Painting Technology courses, however the content of the material still needs to be revised again so that the material provided has very valid validity.
