PENERAPAN PROGRAM DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR DESA SENGANTEN KECAMATAN GONDANG KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WORK DISCIPLINE PROGRAM FOR SENGANTEN VILLAGE OFFICE EMPLOYEES, GONDANG DISTRICT, BOJONEGORO DISTRICT

Disiplin kerja pegawai menjadi penting karena dengan menjaga kedisiplinan maka pegawai dapat melaksanakan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan prosedur dan aturan yang telah ditetapkan untuk mencapai tujuan. Jika peraturan dipatuhi, berarti pegawai tersebut secara positif mendukung instansi dalam pelaksanaan program yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga memudahkan instansi tersebut untuk mencapai tujuannya. Berdasarkan temuan permasalahan di atas, maka penelitian ini menggunakan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: “Bagaimana Pelaksanaan Penerapan Program Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Kantor Desa Senganten Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Bojonegoro”Dilihat dari perumusan permasalahan dan tujuan penelitian, jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori deskriptif kualitatif, Pendekatan penelitian adalah strategi dan prosedur penelitian yang terdiri dari tahap-tahap yang didasarkan pada asumsi yang luas untuk menentukan metode dalam mengumpulkan data, menganalisis, atau menginterpretasikan data Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, di mana data didasarkan pada informasi yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dalam bentuk deskripsi kualitatif. Sumber informasi yang digunakan adalah data asli yang diperoleh secara langsung dari objek penelitian. Ketaatan disiplin kerja pada kantor Desa Senganten Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Bojonegoro masih sering terjadi pelanggaran disiplin terutama dalam hal waktu yang telah ditentukan, Pelanggaran peraturan jam kerja, keterlambatan pelaksanaan tugas dan pelanggaran peraturan kepegawaian.

Employee work discipline is important because by maintaining discipline, employees can carry out their work in accordance with established procedures and rules to achieve goals. If the regulations are complied with, it means that the employee positively supports the agency in implementing the program that has been set, making it easier for the agency to achieve its goals. Based on the findings of the problems above, this research uses the following problem formulation: "How is the Implementation of the Work Discipline Program for Employees at the Senganten Village Office, Gondang District, Bojonegoro Regency?" Judging from the problem formulation and research objectives, this type of research is included in the qualitative descriptive category, research approach is a research strategy and procedure consisting of stages based on broad assumptions to determine methods for collecting data, analyzing, or interpreting data. This research uses descriptive analysis, where data is based on information obtained from interviews in the form of qualitative descriptions . The source of information used is original data obtained directly from the research object. Compliance with work discipline at the Senganten Village office, Gondang District, Bojonegoro Regency, there are still frequent disciplinary violations, especially in terms of predetermined time, violations of working hours regulations, delays in carrying out tasks and violations of personnel regulations.
