IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM LATIHAN FISIK PUTRA CABANG OLAHRAGA HOCKEY KABUPATEN GRESIK 2023

Hoki merupakan suatu permainan yang memerlukan beberapa bagian yang harus dipersiapkan agar dapat mencapai pertunjukan permainan yang terbaik. Kondisi fisik pemain hoki Gresik menjadi fokus penelitian ini yaitu pemain hockey indoor. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui program latihan fisik Hockey Putra Kabupaten Gresik dan mengetahui hasil program latihan fisik Hockey Putra Kabupaten Gresik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan jenis deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen mengolah data menggunakan tes dan pengujian. Jumlah 12 atlet dijadikan sample penelitian. Intrumen penelitian pada tes kecepatan 30m sprint, Shuttle Run 5 x 8 meter untuk kelincahan, Push Up untuk kekuatan Upper. Sit Up untuk kekuatan perut dan MFT untuk daya tahan. Hasil penelitian pemberian program latihan fisik yang didapat dari ke 4 biomotor fisik yaitu atlet mengalami peningkatan signifikan ketika tes daya tahan MFT, dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata pretest 44,43, dan nilai rata-rata postest menjadi 48,30. Lalu tes Push Up 30 detik. Diawalnya pretest dengan nilai rata-rata 19. Kemudian meningkat dengan postest nilai rata-ratanya 24.1. Kemudian Tes Sit Up 30 detik terjadi peningkatan dengan rata-rata pretest adalah 19,6 menjadi Skor rata-rata postest adalah 26.5. Pada Kecepatan 30 meter Sprint mengalami peningkatan kecepatan, saat pretest nilai rata-rata tertinggi 4.01 sedangkan nilai rata-rata tertinggi postest yaitu 3.61. Pada kelincahan mengalami peningkatan pada saat tes Shuttle run 5 x 8 meter pada pretest nilai rata-ratanya yaitu 12,62 sedangkan nilai rata-rata postest adalah 11,83. Dapat disimpulkan dari program latihan hasil yang diperoleh sangat berpengaruh serta efisiensi dan terdapat peningkatan pada kapasitas fisik atlet tentunya mulai dari biomotor daya tahan, kekuatan, kecepatan, dan kelincahan.

Hockey is a game that requires several parts that must be prepared in order to achieve the best game performance. The physical condition of Gresik hockey players is the focus of this research, namely indoor hockey players. The purpose of the study was to determine the physical training program of the Gresik Regency Men's Hockey and to determine the results of the physical training program of the Gresik Regency Men's Hockey. The research method used is quantitative descriptive type. Instruments process data using tests and tests. The number of 12 athletes was used as a research sample. Research instruments in the 30m sprint speed test, Shuttle Run 5 x 8 meters for agility, Push Up for Upper strength. Sit Up for abdominal strength and MFT for endurance. The results of the research on the provision of physical training programs obtained from the 4 physical biomotors, namely athletes experienced a significant increase when the MFT endurance test, as evidenced by the pretest average value of 44.43, and the postest average value to 48.30. Then the 30 second Push Up test. At the beginning of the pretest with an average value of 19. Then increased with a posttest average value of 24.1. Then the 30-second Sit Up Test increased with the pretest average being 19.6 to the postest average score of 26.5. At 30 meters Sprint Speed experienced an increase in speed, when the pretest the highest average value was 4.01 while the highest postest average value was 3.61. In agility, there was an increase during the 5 x 8 meter Shuttle run test at the pretest the average value was 12.62 while the postest average value was 11.83. It can be concluded from the training program that the results obtained are very influential and efficient and there is an increase in the physical capacity of athletes, of course, starting from the biomotor endurance, strength, speed, and agility.
