ANALISIS KENDALA PEMBELAJARAN DARING MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI S1 PENDIDIKAN ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN
THE ANALYSIS OF ONLINE LEARNING CONSTRAINTS FOR STUDENTS OF UNDERGRADUATE EDUCATION OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Universitas Negeri Surabaya menjadi salah satu lembaga Pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Surabaya yang saat pandemi Covid 19 menerapkan pembelajaran daring sesuai aturan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah terkait penekanan penyebaran virus pandemi Covid 19. Tujuan penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui kendala serta dampak dari pembelajaran daring yang dialami mahasiswa ditengah pandemi Covid 19. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan objek penelitian mahasiswa program studi S1 Pendidikan Administrasi perkantoran Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Teknik purposive sampling dilakukan untuk proses pengambilan informan yang diambil melalui pertimbangan peneliti. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara secara terstruktur. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan menggunakan teknik analisis miles dan huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kendala pembelajaran daring yang dialami mahasiswa disebabkan oleh kurang memadainya sarana dan prasarana, masih asingnya media aplikasi pembelajaran daring yang digunakan, serta dukungan lingkungan keluarga, ekonomi keluarga dan kestabilan koneksi jaringan internet. Dampak negatif dari pembelajaran daring yang dirasakan mahasiswa yakni mahasiswa menjadi lebih malas dan menggampangkan pada saat perkuliahan berlangsung, menjadi gampang capek dan tubuh terasa lebih kaku. Hal ini terjadi akibat terlalu sering menghadap ke laptop ataupun handphone (HP) sehingga membuat pembelajaran daring menjadi jenuh, untuk dampak positifnya dapat meminimalisir penyebaran pandemi Covid 19 dan mahasiswa mendapatkan ilmu dan pengalaman lebih terhadap literasi digital.

The State University of Surabaya became one of the educational institutions of State Higher Education in Surabaya which during the Covid 19 pandemic implemented online learning according to the rules issued by the government regarding the suppression of the spread of the Covid 19 pandemic virus. The purpose of this study was to determine the obstacles and impacts of online learning experienced by students in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic. A descriptive qualitative method was used in this study, with the object of research being students of the S1 study program in Office Administration, State University of Surabaya. The purposive sampling technique was carried out for the process of taking informants who were taken through the consideration of the researcher. Data collection techniques through structured interviews. Data analysis was carried out using source triangulation and using Miles and Huberman analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, the online learning constraints experienced by students were caused by inadequate facilities and infrastructure, the unfamiliarity of the online learning application media used, as well as the support of the family environment, family economy and the stability of the internet network connection. The negative impact of online learning felt by students is that students become more lazy and make it easier during lectures, become easily tired and the body feels stiffer. This happens due to too often facing a laptop or handphone (HP) so that online learning becomes saturated, for a positive impact it can minimize the spread of the Covid 19 pandemic and students gain more knowledge and experience on digital literacy.
