DESIGN E-RAPORT APPLICATION AT SMP NEGERI 29 GRESIK WEB-BASED

Dimasa sekarang ini teknologi menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi semua orang. Tidak hanya digunakan sebagai wadah informasi, namun juga digunakan untuk membantu menemukan solusi dari permasalahan yang ada dan juga pendukung untuk tercapainya suatu tujuan. Salah satunya aplikasi Raport Online, merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang berguna untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan pengolahan nilai siswa, menyampaikan hasil belajar siswa secara efisien, sehingga kerja raport siswa lebih cepat dan berkualitas. Namun pengolahan nilai di SMP Negeri 29 Gresik masih belum terkomputerisasi, sehingga kesalahan dalam pengisian nilai bisa terjadi serta penyimpanan data yang belum terorganisir saat orang tua siswa berhalangan hadir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan sistem pengumpulan nilai dan perhitungan nilai siswa yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 29 Gresik dapat berjalan lebih efektif, efisien, serta dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun. Sehingga memudahkan guru untuk mengolah nilai siswa dan siswa juga bisa mudah mengakses raport tanpa menunggu cetak terlebih dahulu.

Nowadays technology is a very important requirement for everyone. Not only used as a container of information but also used to help find solutions to existing problems and also to support the achievement of a goal. One of them is the Online Report Card application, which is a web-based application that is useful for processing student grades, delivering student learning outcomes efficiently, so that student report cards work faster and with quality. However, the processing of grades at SMP Negeri 29 Gresik is still not computerized so that errors in filling in grades can occur as well as unorganized data storage when parents are unable to attend. The purpose of this research is expected to be the system of collecting grades and calculating students' grades conducted at SMP Negeri 29 Gresik can run more effectively, efficiently, and can be accessed anywhere and anytime. So it can make it easier for teachers to process the grades of students and students can also easily access the report without waiting for the print out first.
