Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh  Collaborative Learning terhadap keterampilan kolaboratif, 2) pengaruh  Collaborative Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, 3) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap Keterampilan Kolaboratif, 4) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, 5)

interaksi antara Collaborative Learning dan motivasi belajar terhadap keterampilan kolaboratif,  6) interaksi antara Collaborative Learning dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis.

 Rancangan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan Desain yang digunakan adalah  Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa jurusan biologi FIP ISC. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester I jurusan biologi yang program mata kuliah biologi umum kelas eksperimen 30 orang dan kelas kontrol 30 orang. Penggumpulan data dengan observasi, tes dan kuisioner. Dan teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu; Uji normalitas, Homogenitas dan Manova. dengan bantuan software SPSS versi.25.

This research aims to determine: 1) the effect of Collaborative Learning on collaborative skills, 2) the effect of Collaborative Learning on critical thinking skills, 3) the effect of learning motivation on Collaborative Skills, 4) the effect of learning motivation on critical thinking skills,5) interaction between Collaborative Learning and learning motivation on collaborative skills, 6) interaction between Collaborative Learning and learning motivation on critical thinking skills.

 This research design uses an experimental method, with the design used being Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design . The population in the study were students majoring in biology, FIP ISC. The sample for this research was 30 students majoring in biology in the general biology course in the experimental class and 30 people in the control class. Data collection by observation, tests and questionnaires. And the data analysis techniques used in this research are; Test normality, homogeneity and hypothesis. with the help of SPSS software version.25.

The results of the analysis of the data obtained show that: 1) the influence of Collaborative Learning on collaborative skills, the value of Sig = 0.000 < 0.05, so that Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that there is an influence, 2) the influence of Collaborative Learning on critical thinking skills, the value of Sig = 0.000 < 0 .05 Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an influence, 3) The influence of learning motivation on
