Pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Employee Engagement Terhadap Employee Performance pada Karyawan PT Alfath Teknologi Kreatif

The Effect of Work Life Balance and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance of PT Alfath Teknologi Kreatif Employees

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance dan employee engagement terhadap employee performance pada karyawan PT Alfath Teknologi Kreatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Alfath Teknologi Kreatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 36 karyawan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS (Statistic Package for Social Sciences) versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel work life balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance dan employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance, kemudian work life balance dan employee engagement secara bersama berpengaruh kepada employee performance. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan employee engagement  dengan beberapa saran yang telah disampaikan karena terbukti bahwa employee engagement dapat berpengaruh sisgnifikan terhadap employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance and employee engagement on employee performance in employees of PT Alfath Teknologi Kreatif. The sample used in this study were employees of PT Alfath Teknologi Kreatif. The data collection technique used non probability sampling technique using purposive sampling as many as 36 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 25. The results of this study indicate that the work life balance variable has no significant effect on employee performance and employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance, then work life balance and employee engagement together affect employee performance. From the results of this study,companies can improve employee engagement  with several suggestions that have been presented because it has been proven that employee engagement can have a significant effect onemployee performance.
