PENERAPAN TEKNIK BORDIR DAN LEKAPAN PAYET PADA BUSANA PESTA MALAM DENGAN SUMBER IDE MOTIF PADA ARCA SINGA BOROBUDUR

Bordir merupakan seni menghias benang di atas kain dengan menggunakan mesin bordir. lekapan payet merupakan benda kecil yang dapat memberikan kilau mewah dan anggun pada busana. Hiasan inilah yang akan diterapkan pada busana pesta dibagian pinggang. Tujuan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk 1) mendeskripsikan proses penerapan teknik bordir dan lekapan payet pada busana pesta malam dengan sumber ide motif pada arca singa borobudur 2) mendeskripsikan hasil jadi penerapan teknik bordir dan lekapan payet pada busana pesta malam dengan sumber ide motif pada arca singa borobudur.

Metode rekayasa meliputi sumber ide, rencana warna, target pasar, desain bordir dan lekapan payet, analisis desain, desain produksi, proses pembuatan, hasil jadi penerapan teknik bordir dan lekapan payet pada busana pesta malam. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan observer dengan jumlah 10 observer dan 10 dosen Tata Busana. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik metode analisis deskriptif.

Hasil rekayasa: 1) proses pembuatan teknik bordir dan lekapan payet pada busana pesta malam berawal dari sumber ide motif pada arca singa borobudur, penerapan teknik bordir dan lekapan payet pada busana pesta, 2) hasil jadi penerapan teknik bordir dan lekapan payet pada busana pesta malam memperoleh kategori baik (sesuai).

THE APPLICATION EMBROIDERY TECHNIQUE AND SEQUIN FOR EVENING GOWN WITH IDEA SOURCES ON THE MOTIF IN ARCA LION BOROBUDUR

                The embroidery is the art of decorating threads on cloth using an embroidery machine. Sequins is small objects that can give a luxurious and elegant glow to evening gown. This decoration will be applied to evening gown at the waist. The purpose of this Final Project writing is to 1) describe the process of applying embroidery techniques and sequins to evening gown with a source of motif ideas on Borobudur lion statues 2) describing the results of applying embroidery techniques and sequins to evening gown with a source of motif ideas on Borobudur Lion Statue.

                Engineering methods include ideas, color plans, target markets, embroidery designs and sequins, analysis of production designs, manufacturing processes, results of application of embroidery techniques and sequins in evening gown. The method of data collection uses observation with the number of 10 observers and 10 fashion lecturers. Processing data using descriptive analysis method techniques.

                The results of engineering: 1) the process of making embroidery techniques and sequins in evening gown originated from the source of motif ideas on Borobudur lion statues, the application of embroidery techniques and sequins in evening gown, 2) the results of applying embroidery techniques and sequin techniques on the evening gown get a good category
