SUKOMORO NGANJUK

THE SERVICE OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS TO BUILD THE SATISFACTION OF PARENTS IN RA A1 AL-ALY SUKOMORO NGANJUK

Layanan menjadi salah satu hal penting dalam mengelola 

lembaga terutama untuk tumbuh kembang anak usia dini. 

Kualitas Lembaga pendidikan di sebuah PAUD mempengaruhi 

persepsi orang tua untuk membangun kepercayaan dan 

kepuasan orangtua dalam mengambil keputusan untuk 

memasukkan anak ke dalam lembaga PAUD. Tujuan penelitian 

ini adalah 1) Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan layanan Lembaga 

pendidikan, dan 2) Mengkaji dan menganalisis kualitas layanan 

pendidikan dalam membangun kepuasan wali murid.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif 

kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua yayasan, 

kepala sekolah, guru dan wali murid. Teknik pengumpulan data 

menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan 

dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui Reduksi data, 

penyajian data, verifikasi dan simpulan. Uji keabsahan data

menggunakan uji kredibilitas, uji depandabilitas, dan uji 

konfirmabilitas.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, kualitas 

layanan yang diberikan RA A1 Al-Aly sudah bagus. Terbukti 

dengan aspek tangiable yaitu sekolah memiliki sarana-prasarana 

dan lokasi sekolah yang strategis, competence yaitu sekolah 

memiliki guru dan pegawai yang berkomitmen serta

melaksanakan tugas dengan baik, courtesy yaitu guru bersifat

ramah dan bersahabat, communication yaitu informasi dari 

sekolah bisa diakses dengan mudah baik, dan responsivenes yaitu 

guru atau pegawai merespon dengan baik ketika ada wali murid 

yang membutuhkan bantuan. Kedua, terbangunnya kepuasan 

wali murid. Terbukti mutu produk yang diberikan baik karena 

menjadi salah satu sekolah berbasis agama terbaik di kecamatan, 

harga di sekolah tersebut tergolong murah, service quality yaitu 

memiliki kualitas layanan baik , emotional factor yaitu dengan 

menyekolahkan anak di sekolah berbasis agama dan menjadi 

satu-satunya sekolah tahfidz tingkat RA di kecamatan 

menjadikan wali murid bangga, dan kemudahan dalam 

mengakses informasi perkembangan anak dan tersedianya 

program pengembangan bakat minat anak mampu membangun 

kepuasan.

The service is important for managing educational

institutions especially early childhood. The quality of education

institutions in an early childood education will also affect how 

their parent‟s perception and will influence the trust and 

satisfaction of parent in making decisions to include children in

the institution. The purpose of this study is 1) to describe the 

implementation of educat ional services, and 2) review and 

analyze the quality of educational services in building parental 

satisfaction.

This research use desrciptive qualitative approach. The 

subjects in this study were the foundation‟s president, the headmaster, techers and parents. Data collection techniques using 

in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. 

Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data 

presentation, verification and conclusions. Data validity test uses 

the credibility test, the dependability test, and the confirmability 

test.

The result of this study indicate that: First, the quality of 

sevice provided at RA A1 Al-Aly Sukomoro is good overall. This 

is proven by the tangiable aspects are the school has 

infrastructure and strategic school location, competence namely 

the school has teachers and employees who are commited and 

carry out their duties properly, courtesy namely the theacher has 

a friendly attitude, communication that is information from the 

school can be accessed easily, and responsivenss that is the 

teacher or employee responds well. Second, the development of 

parental satisfation. This is proven by the aspect product quality 

provided because it is one of the best faith-based schools in the 

district, the price at the school is easly accessible to the lower 

middle class, service quality thats is good quality, emotional 

factor namely by sending their children to religion school and 

becoming the only one tahfidz school at RA level to make parents 

proud. and ease of accessing information on child development 

and the availability of talent development programs that interest 

children to build satisfaction.
