PENGARUH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT DAN WORK LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA
THE EFFECT OF EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND WORK LIFE BALANCE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH JOB SATISFACTION
Perusahaan merupakan suatu bentuk badan usaha yang memiliki tujuan tertentu yang ingin dicapai dalam menjalankan operasionalnya. Dalam proses pencapaian tujuan, perusahaan sangat membutuhkan peran karyawan yang menjadi salah satu penggerak pada keberlangsungan operasionalnya.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Employee Engagement Dan Work Life Balance Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dengan jumlah 87 responden. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dan dengan bantuan software smartPLS 3.0.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepuasan Kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh Employee engagement terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepuasan Kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh Work-life balance terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
Implikasi dari studi penelitian ini adalah agar perusahaan dapat lebih memperhatikan kinerja karyawan dengan meningkatkan kualitas karyawannnya melalui faktor employee engagement dan work-life balance pada karyawan agar kepuasan kerja dapat terpenuhi dan kinerja karyawan dapat terus meningkat.

The company is a form of business entity that has certain goals to be achieved in carrying out its operations. In the process of achieving goals, the company really needs the role of employees who are one of the drivers in the continuity of the company's operations.
The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of Employee Engagement and Work Life Balance on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction. This research is a causality study with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used probability sampling technique, namely Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling with a total of 87 respondents. Testing the research hypothesis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method and with the help of smartPLS 3.0 software.
The results of this study explain that Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of employee engagement on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of work-life balance on employee performance.
Implication of this research study is that companies can pay more attention to employee performance by improving the quality of their employees through employee engagement and work-life balance factors in employees so that job satisfaction can be fulfilled and employee performance can continue to increase.
