Seiring dengan memburuknya alam yang telah mencapai titik tertentu, dunia telah melewati berbagai masalah yang merusak alam. Namun demikian, terlepas dari kenyataan bahwa masalah lingkungan telah diakui, hanya sedikit upaya yang dilakukan untuk merumuskan solusi. Kerusakan alam akhir-akhir ini tampaknya terus meningkat. Penelitian ini membahas masalah lingkungan yang menyimpang dari game Dark Souls dengan menggunakan teori ekokritik Garrard. Metode deskriptif kualitatif diterapkan untuk menganalisis data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan terganggunya tatanan alam dan konsekuensi dari terganggunya tatanan alam. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gangguan tatanan alam terjadi karena individu-individu Zaman Api tidak menginginkan era mereka berakhir dengan digantikan oleh Zaman Kegelapan, yang akan menjadi era umat manusia, dan dengan demikian mereka melakukan apa pun yang diperlukan untuk memperpanjang Zaman Api, bahkan sampai mengubah esensi dari umat manusia itu sendiri. Konsekuensi dari gangguan tersebut dialami oleh semua individu karena dunia menjadi tidak bersahabat dan berbahaya, logika dunia menyimpang, individu-individu yang menderita akibat konflik dunia banyak yang menerima nasib akhir mereka.

As the deterioration of nature has approached a point, the world has progressed along the path of self-destruction with several problems. Nevertheless, regardless of the fact that environmental problems have been acknowledged, there have been few efforts made to formulate a solution. Nature's destruction recently appeared to be steadily increasing. This study discusses the environmental issue that deviated from the game Dark Souls utilizing Garrard's ecocriticism theory. The qualitative descriptive method is applied to analyze the data. The objectives of the study are to show the disruption of the natural order and the consequences of the disruption of the natural order. The findings of this study show that the disruption of natural order occurred because the individuals of the Age of Fire did not desire their era to end with them being replaced by the Age of Dark, which would be humanity's era, and thus do whatever is necessary to extend the Age of Fire, despite the fact that involves changing the nature of humanity itself. The consequences of the disruption experienced by every individual as the world grew hostile and dangerous, the world's logic warped, individuals suffering from the world's conflict as many resigned to their ultimate fate.
