Hubungan Antara Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Pada Karyawan PT.X
The role of Human Resources (HR) is a top priority in a company to be able to progress and develop, especially during thepandemic Covid-19. Attitude in commitment to the company has a close relationship with job satisfaction of employees. This study aims to determine the relationship between Job Satisfaction with Organizational Commitment to Employees of PT.X. The research method used is a quantitative research method using correlational analysis. This study uses a purposive sampling method with the subject of the study as many as 50 permanent employees of PT.X. with the following criteria: (1) Permanent Employees of the Company. X (2) Working period of more than 1 year (3) Placement at the head office. This study uses an instrument in the form of a scale of Job Satisfaction with Organizational Commitment which was compiled using a Likert scale using thecorrelation test product moment to find the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to PT.X employees. The correlation analysis of the data obtained was 0.640 (r = 0.640). The linear significance level in this study is 0.000 (p <0.05), which means it shows a positive and linear relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The contribution given by job satisfaction to organizational commitment is 39.8%. This means that in this study there is a relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to PT.X employees.
