ANALYSIS OF THE CONTRIBUTION OF MANAGEMENT OF FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE ERA OF INDEPENDENT LEARNING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dalam mendukung motivasi belajar siswa di Era Merdeka Belajar. Lokasi penelitian difokuskan di UPT SD Negeri Kingking 2 Tuban, sebuah sekolah dasar yang meskipun memiliki keterbatasan fasilitas, mampu mengelola sarana prasarana secara optimal dan inovatif untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran serta pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis menggunakan teknik analisis data, uji triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa walaupun menghadapi keterbatasan lahan dan infrastruktur, pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di UPT SD Negeri Kingking 2 Tuban dilakukan secara sistematis, kolaboratif, dan disesuaikan dengan konteks sekolah. Pemanfaatan ruang dan lingkungan sekitar dimaksimalkan untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar dan meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Strategi pengelolaan mencakup perencanaan kebutuhan, pemanfaatan potensi lokal, pemeliharaan rutin, serta integrasi fasilitas dalam kegiatan P5. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yang efektif memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang mendukung serta meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa, meskipun dalam kondisi keterbatasan fisik dan sumber daya.

This study aims to examine the role of facility and infrastructure management in supporting student learning motivation in the Merdeka Belajar Era. The research location is focused on UPT SD Negeri Kingking 2 Tuban, an elementary school that despite having limited facilities, is able to manage facilities and infrastructure optimally and innovatively to support the learning process and the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The type of research used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, which were then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The analysis used data analysis techniques, triangulation tests and member checks. The results of the study show that despite facing limited land and infrastructure, the management of facilities and infrastructure at UPT SD Negeri Kingking 2 Tuban is carried out systematically, collaboratively, and adjusted to the school context. The use of space and the surrounding environment is maximized to support learning activities and increase student motivation. Management strategies include needs planning, utilization of local potential, routine maintenance, and integration of facilities in P5 activities. These findings indicate that effective management of facilities and infrastructure provides a real contribution to creating a supportive learning atmosphere and increasing students' enthusiasm for learning, even in conditions of physical and resource limitations.
