IDENTIFIKASI KELAYAKAN FASILITAS BENGKEL PRAKTIK BUBUT DI SMK ANTARTIKA 1 SIDOARJO
IDENTIFICATION OF FEASIBILITY WORKSHOP FACILITIES AT SMK ANTARTIKA 1 SIDOARJO
Penelitia ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan fasilitas prasarana praktik bengkel pemesinan di SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Obyek penelitian adalah bengkel pemesinan SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo khususnya ditinjau dari gedung bengkel pemesinan meliputi Area Kerja Mesin Bubut, Sub Ruang Instruktur dan Ruang Simpan, Toilet, Tempat Cuci Tangan, dan Instalasi Listrik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan yang digunakan peneliti yaitu metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Responden yang diambil adalah Kepala Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan, Kepala Bengkel Bubut, dan Guru Teknik Mesin. Variabel yang akan diteliti peneliti yaitu mengenai tingkat kelayakan seluruh sarana dan prasarana praktik seperti, peralatan praktik, bahan praktik, serta perlengkapan pendukung lainnya yang terdapat di bengkel praktik Bubut SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo. Instrumen Penelitian menggunakan checklist dengan skala penilaian model Skala Likert dengan menggunakan Variabel Sarana Bengkel Bubut dan Prasarana Bengkel Bubut. Data sarana dan prasarana yang diperoleh kemudian dibandingkan dengan Kelayakan dalam penelitian yang dimaksud mengacu pada Permendiknas RI Nomor 40 Tahun 2008 tentang Standar Sarana dan Prasarana untuk SMK/MAK, Permendikbud Nomor 34 Tahun 2018 Tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan Instrumen Verifikasi SMK Penyelenggara Ujian Praktik Kejuruan yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP). Kesimpulan yang dapat penulis ambil dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat ketercapaian ditinjau dari Area kerja bengkel bubut 80%, Perabot 0%, Peralatan 91%, Media pembelajaran 100%, dan Perlengkapan pendukung 75%. Dalam hal ini maka total keseluruhan persentase kelayakan bengkel praktik bubut SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo mencapai 69,2% (layak).

This study aims to determine the feasibility of machining workshop infrastructure facilities at SMK Antarctica 1 Sidoarjo. This research is a descriptive research. The object of the research is the machining workshop of Antarctica 1 Sidoarjo Vocational School, especially in terms of the machining workshop building including the Lathe Machine Work Area, Instructor Sub Room and Storage Room, Toilet, Hand Wash, and Electrical Installation. The data collection technique used by the researcher is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The respondents were the Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, the Head of the Lathe Workshop, and the Mechanical Engineering Teacher. The variables that will be examined by the researchers are regarding the level of feasibility of all practical facilities and infrastructure such as practical equipment, practice materials, and other supporting equipment contained in the Lathe workshop of Antarctica 1 Sidoarjo Vocational School. The research instrument used a checklist with a Likert Scale model rating scale using the Lathe Workshop Facilities and Lathe Workshop Facilities Variables. The facilities and infrastructure data obtained are then compared with the feasibility in the research referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2008 concerning Standards for Facilities and Infrastructure for SMK/MAK, Minister of Education and Culture Number 34 of 2018 concerning National Education Standards and Vocational Verification Instruments for Implementing Vocational Practice Exams. published by the National Education Standards Agency. The conclusion that the author can draw from the results of this study shows that the level of achievement in terms of the work area of the lathe workshop is 80%, furniture is 0%, equipment is 91%, learning media is 100%, and supporting equipment is 75%. In this case, the total percentage of the feasibility of a lathe workshop at SMK Antarctica 1 Sidoarjo reaches 69.2% (Eligible).
