PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN BELAJAR DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP ACADEMIC BURNOUT SISWA SMA AL-ISLAM KRIAN
THE INFLUENCE OF LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AND SOCIAL SUPPORT ON ACADEMIC BURNOUT OF AL-ISLAM KRIAN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
ABSTRAK
Academic burnout atau kelelahan akademik merupakan suatu kondisi kelelahan dalam belajar yang banyak dialami oleh beberapa individu khususnya para pelajar. Penyebab munculnya academic burnout antara lain lingkungan belajar dan dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai 1) pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap academic burnout siswa SMA Al-Islam Krian, 2) pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap academic burnout siswa SMA Al-Islam Krian, 3) pengaruh lingkungan belajar dan dukungan sosial terhadap academic burnout siswa SMA Al-Islam Krian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda melalui bantuan software SPSS versi 22. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 222 siswa dari kelas X SMA Al-Islam Krian, dengan teknik simple random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan belajar terhadap academic burnout siswa SMA Al-Islam Krian, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial terhadap academic burnout siswa SMA Al-Islam Krian, 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan belajar dan dukungan sosial terhadap academic burnout siswa SMA Al-Islam Krian.

ABSTRACT
Academic burnout or academic fatigue is a condition of fatigue in learning that is experienced by many individuals, especially students. The causes of Academic Burnout include the learning environment and social support. This study aims to analyze 1) the influence of the learning environment on the academic burnout of Al-Islam Krian High School students, 2) the influence of social support on the academic burnout of Al-Islam Krian High School students, 3) the influence of the learning environment and social support on the academic burnout of Al-Islam High School students -Islam Krian. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using SPSS version 22 software. The sample used was 222 students from class X SMA Al-Islam Krian, with a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The results of this study show that: 1) there is no significant influence between the learning environment on the Academic Burnout of Al-Islam Krian High School students, 2) there is a significant influence between social support on the Academic Burnout of Al-Islam Krian High School students, 3) there is a significant influence significant relationship between the learning environment and social support on the academic burnout of Al-Islam Krian High School students.
