“Perhitungan Estimasi Biaya Pembangunan Gedung Pusat Informasi di Kawasan Kaki Jembatan Suramadu (KKJSM) dengan Menggunakan Analisa HSPK Surabaya Tahun 2018 dan SNI 2008”

Proyek pembangunan gedung Pusat Informasi merupakan salah satu bangunan rest area di Kawasan Kaki Jembatan Suramadu (KKJSM) yang berfungsi sebagai penyedia informasi. Pembangunan gedung Pusat Informasi tidak lepas dari tiga kendala proyek yaitu biaya, waktu, dan mutu. Estimasi biaya memegang peranan penting dalam penyelenggaran proyek. Engineering estimate merupakan suatu kegiatan perencanaan biaya yang dihitung konsultan untuk mengetahui besarnya dana sebuah gedung.

Estimasi biaya memerlukan perhitungan secara detail setiap volume item pekerjaan, serta menentukan harga satuan pekerjaan berdasarkan koefisien untuk analisis biaya bahan, peralatan dan upah. Perhitungan estimasi biaya gedung pusat informasi menggunakan standart HSPK Surabaya Tahun 2018 dan SNI 2008. Harga upah dan bahan didapat dari hasil survey. Item pekerjaan yang dihitung terdiri dari pekerjaan stuktur, arsitektur dan MEP.

Hasil perhitungan estimasi biaya pembangunan gedung pusat informasi membutuhkan dana sebesar Rp 9.132.109.583. Estimasi biaya stuktur membutuhkan dana sebesar Rp 4.257.188.623, biaya pekerjaan arsitektur Rp 2.829.291.220 dan pekerjaan MEP (mechanical electrical and plumbing) Rp 1.215.437.960.

The construction of the Information Center building is one of the rest area in Suramadu Bridge Area (KKJSM) which functions as an information provider. The construction of the Information Center building can not be separated from three project constraints, namely cost, time and quality. Cost estimates play an important role in the delivery of projects. Engineering estimate is a cost planning activity calculated by a consultant to determine the amount of funds for a building.

Cost estimation requires detailed calculation of each volume of work items, as well as determining the unit price of work based on coefficients to analyze the cost of materials, equipment and wages. The calculation of the estimated cost of the information center building uses the Surabaya HSPK standard in 2018 and SNI 2008. The prices of wages and materials are obtained from the survey results. The calculated work items consist of work structure, architecture and mep.

The calculation of the estimated cost of  the building information center construction requires funds of Rp 9.132.109.583.  The estimated cost of the structure requires funds of Rp 4.257.188.623, the cost of architectural work is Rp. 2.829.291.220 and mep work (mechanical electrical and plumbing) 1.215.437.960.
