Kurikulum 2013 merupakan kurikulum yang di dalamnya terdapat proses pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa agar dapat mengembangkan segala potensi yang mereka miliki. Keterampilan Proses Sains dapat dipelajari menggunakan media pembelajaran agar lebih mudah. Salah satu materi yang membutuhkan Keterampilan Proses Sains Dasar sehingga dapat dikemas melalui permainan edukatif antara lain materi vertebrata. Materi yang digunakan dalam kartu disajikan dalam bentuk gambar dengan keterangan dari gambar yang memiliki daya tarik tersendiri. Kartu merupakan salah satu media yang digunakan dalam permainan pada pembelajaran biologi. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan kartu SOLIVER untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains dasar pada materi Vertebrata kelas X SMA yang layak berdasarkan validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu model pengembangan 4-D. Metode yang digunakan merupakan metode angket dan observasi. Kegiatan pengembangan kartu dilaksanakan di Jurusan Biologi FMIPA Unesa dan diujicobakan secara terbatas pada 20 siswa kelas X MIA 2 SMAN 14 Surabaya. Data hasil penelitian yang diperoleh berupa validasi, aktivitas siswa, respons siswa, dan keterampilan proses sains dasar siswa yang dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kartu SOLIVER memperoleh persentase validasi 100% dengan kategori sangat valid. Keterlaksanaan dengan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa memperoleh persentase sebesar 100% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan angket respons memperoleh persentase sebesar 94,26%. Keefektifan dengan hasil observasi Keterampilan Proses Sains Dasar memperoleh presentase sebesar 96,01%. Sehingga media tersebut valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Science Process Skills can be learned using learning media to make it easier. One material that requires Basic Science Process Skills so that it can be packaged through educational games includes vertebrate material. The material used in the card is presented in the form of an image with a description of the image which has its own charm. Cards are one of the media used in games on biology learning. This development research aimed to produce SOLIVER cards to train basic science process skills in high class X Vertebrate material that is feasible based on validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This research was a development research that refers to the 4-D development model. The method used is the questionnaire and observation method. The card development activities were carried out in the Biology Department of FMIPA Unesa and were tested on a limited basis on 20 students of class X MIA 2 of SMAN 14 Surabaya. Data obtained from the research results in the form of validation, student activity, student response, and students' basic science process skills were analyzed descriptively statistically. The results showed that the SOLIVER card obtained a 100% validation percentage with a very valid category. Implementation with the results of observations of student activities obtain a percentage of 100% with a very practical category and the response questionnaire obtains a percentage of 94.26%. The effectiveness of the results of observation of Basic Science Process Skills obtained a percentage of 96.01%. So that the media is valid, practical, and effective.
