Keterampilan tata rias pada siswa tunarungu bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kemandirian, meningkatan kemampuan visual, dan motorik halus. Siswa tunarungu memerlukan media visual agar dapat mengembangkan keterampilan vokasional tata rias. Salah satunya memberikan video tutorial keterampilan tata rias wajah pengantin adat bali. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menciptakan media pembelajaran berupa video tutorial keterampilan tata rias wajah pengantin adat bali. Jenis penelitian ini berupa Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang dimodifikasi menjadi 3 tahapan meliputi analysis, design, dan development. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan menghitung mean pada penilaian ahli media, ahli materi, dan para praktisi. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli media mendapatkan skor 82%, penilaian ahli materi mendapat skor 80%, dan ahli praktisi mendapat skor 80%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video tutorial tersebut layak digunakan. Implikasi penelitian ini bahwa video tutorial tersebut dapat digunakan kepada siswa tunarungu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan vokasional tata rias wajah pengantin adat bali. Selain itu dapat memudahkan siswa tunarungu memahami materi mengenai keterampilan tata rias, meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus, dan sebagai bekal menghadapi dunia kerja sesudah lulus sekolah.

Cosmetology skills for deaf students are useful for increasing independence, improving visual abilities and fine motor skills. Deaf students need visual media to develop vocational skills in cosmetology. One of them provides video tutorials on traditional Balinese bridal makeup skills. The aim of this research is to create learning media in the form of video tutorials on traditional Balinese bridal makeup skills. This type of research is in the form of Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which is modified into 3 stages including analysis, design and development. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics by calculating the mean of the assessments of media experts, material experts and practitioners. Based on the media expert's assessment, they got a score of 82%, the material expert's assessment got a score of 80%, and the practitioner expert got a score of 80%, so it can be concluded that the video tutorial media is suitable for use. The implication of this research is that the video tutorial can be used with deaf students to improve vocational skills in traditional Balinese bridal make-up. Apart from that, it can make it easier for deaf students to understand material regarding make-up skills, improve fine motor skills, and provide preparation for the world of work after graduating from school.
