ANALISIS PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI E-KINERJA DENGAN METODE TRAM DAN EUCS PADA POLRESTA SIDOARJO

ANALYSIS OF USER ACCEPTANCE OF E-KINERJA APPLICATIONS WITH THE TRAM AND EUCS METHODS AT THE SIDOARJO POLICE

E-Kinerja merupakan aplikasi internal Polresta Sidoarjo yang dipakai untuk menilai kinerja setiap anggota Polresta Sidoarjo dalam bertugas, dimana Polresta Sidoarjo telah bekerja sama dengan Menpan-RB pada awal tahun 2016 dalam memberikan pelayanan yang prima. Dengan banyak inovasi teknologi yang digunakan maka diperlukan analisis penerimaan pengguna untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap E-Kinerja dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna.

Model penelitian ini menggunakan TRAM (Technology Readiness Acceptance Model) yang dikombinasikan dengan EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan pengguna dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap E-Kinerja. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data secara offline menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah reponden ± 229 pengguna. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan software SMART-PLS

Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat 7 hioptesis yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lain kemudahan (Ease of Use), inovasi (Innovativeness), ketidakamanan (Insecurity), niat pengguna (Intention to Use), optimis (Optimism), persepsi kemudahan (perceived ease of use) dan persepsi kegunaan (perceived usefulness).

E-Kinerja is an internal application of the Sidoarjo Police that is used to assess the performance of each member of the Sidoarjo Police on duty, where the Sidoarjo Police has collaborated with the Menpan-RB in early 2016 in providing excellent service. With many technological innovations used, it is necessary to analyze user acceptance to determine the level of user acceptance of E-Kinerja and the factors that affect user acceptance.

The data analysis technique in this study used the PLS-SEM method with the help of the SMART-PLS software The results of this study indicate that there are 7 hiopteses that have a positive and significant effect, including ease (Ease of Use), innovation (Innovativeness), insecurity (Insecurity), user intention
