STRATEGI PELATIHAN REYOG SINGO SUMOWICITRO DALAM MENCAPAI PRESTASI PADA FESTIVAL REYOG MINI PONOROGO

Group Reyog Singo Sumowicitro adalah grup Reyog yang sering mendapatkan prestasi dalam Festival Reyog Mini Ponorogo. Berprestasinya grup Group Reyog Singo Sumowicitro dikarenakan adanya strategi yang dilakukan sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian secara mendalam. Reyog Singo Sumowicitro telah mengantongi berbagai penghargaan  dari event-event  yang diikuti, salah satunya adalah Festival Reyog Mini yang mana 4 tahun terakhir ini selalu dimenangkan oleh group  Reyog Singo Sumowicitro. Terlepas dari prestasi yang telah banyak diraihnya Group Reyog ini merupakan barometer Reyog-reyog yang ada di SMP Kabupaten Ponorogo Sehingga dengan adanya fenomena tersebut terdapat tiga pokok permasalahan, yaitu: (1). Bagaimana strategi yang digunakan dalam proses pelatihan Group Reyog Singo Sumowicitro, (2). Bagaimana proses pelatihan Group Reyog Singo Sumowicitro, (3). Bagaimana Faktor pendukung dalam proses pelatihan Group Reyog Singo Sumowicitro.

Penelitian ini pernah dilakukan tetapi dengan objek yang berbeda. Pada skripsi yang ditulis oleh Fina Yuni Sriana tahun 2017 berjudul Strategi Pembelajaran Reyog Ponorogo Di SMA Negeri 1 Ponorogo Dalam Mencapai Prestasi Pada Fetival Nasional Reyog Ponorogo menggunakan objek yaitu Reyog SMA, sedangkan penelitian ini mengunakan objek Reyog SMP, akan tetapi terdapat persamaan pada metode yang digunakan. Pada penelitian Asri Puspita Rini tahun 2014 berjudul Pembelajaran Tari Pujangganong pada anak-anak di “Dapur Seni Probo Wengker” Kabupaten Ponorogo terdapat perbedaan objek, yaitu penelitian yag dilakukan Asri objek yang digunakan adalah Sanggar sedangkan penelitian ini menggunakan objek sekolah, akan tetapi persamaan pada penelitian ini yaitu terletak pada faktor eksternal.

Ada tiga teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu pertama adalah Pengamatan. Pengamatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengamatan participant. Kedua wawancara dengan narasumber yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Ketiga Pendokumentasian yang dilakukan peneliti merupakan hasil dari observasi yang sudah dilakukan diantaranya foto dan vidio. Untuk memperoleh kebenaran data peneliti perlu menggunakan cara triangulasi, yaitu triangulasi sumber dan teknik.

Penelitian yang didapat mengungkap bahwa Strategi Group Reyog Singo Sumowicitro dalam Meraih Prestasi pada Festival Reyog Mini Ponorogo adalah dengan menggunakan tahapan-tahapaan, yaitu ide, konsep dan eksekusi. Sedangkan pada proses juga terdapat tiga tahapan yaitu pendekatan terhadap peserta didik, pemberian materi dan proses latihan, didalamnya menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan metode drill. Untuk mendukung jalannya strategi dan proses tersebut ditemukan dua faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Di dalam faktor internal terdapat faktor kecerdasan, jasmaniah, sikap, minat, dan bakat. Kemudian faktor eksternal meliputi faktor keluarga, lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan masyarkat.

Berdasarkan pembahasan dan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Strategi Group Reyog Singo Sumowicitro dalam Meraih Prestasi pada Festival Reyog Mini Ponorogo adalah menggunakan tiga tahapan, sedangkan pada proses pelatihan juga menggunakan tiga tahapan. Pada faktor pendukung ditemukan dua faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu faktor internal yang dimilki siswa itu sendiri dan faktor eksternal berupa dukungan dari sekolah, keluarga dan masyarakat.

Reyog Group Singo Sumowicitro is a Reyog group that often gets achievements in the Ponorogo Reyog Mini Festival. Achievement of the Reyog Singo Sumowicitro Group is due to the strategy carried out so that in-depth research needs to be done. Reyog Singo Sumowicitro has won various awards from the events that were followed, one of which was the Reyog Mini Festival, which for the past 4 years has always been won by the Reyog Singo Sumowicitro group. Apart from the achievements that have been achieved by the Reyog Group, it is a Reyog-reyog barometer in the Junior High School of Ponorogo Regency. Therefore, with this phenomenon there are three main problems, namely: (1). What is the strategy used in the Reyog Singo Sumowicitro Group training process, (2). What is the process of training for the Reyog Singo Sumowicitro Group, (3). What are the supporting factors in the Reyog Singo Sumowicitro Group training process.

This research has been done but with a different object. In the thesis written by Fina Yuni Sriana in 2017 entitled Reyog Ponorogo Learning Strategy in SMA Negeri 1 Ponorogo in Achieving Achievement in the National Fetish Reyog Ponorogo uses objects that are Reyog High School, while this study uses the Reyog SMP object, but there are similarities to the methods used . In the 2014 Asri Puspita Rini research entitled Pujangganong Dance Learning for Children in "Dapur Seni Probo Wengker" Ponorogo District there were differences in objects, namely research conducted by Asri the object used was Sanggar while this study used school objects, but the similarities in research this is located on external factors.

There are three data collection techniques used, the first is Observation. The observation in this study is participant observation. Secondly, interviews with informants related to research. Third Documentation conducted by researchers is the result of observations that have been made including photos and videos. To obtain the truth of the data, researchers need to use triangulation methods, namely triangulation of sources and techniques.

The research obtained revealed that Singo Sumowicitro Reyog Group's Strategy in Achieving Achievement at the Ponorogo Reyog Mini Festival was to use stages, namely ideas, concepts and execution. While in the process there are also three stages, namely the approach to students, the provision of material and the training process, in which using the demonstration method and drill method. To support the course of the strategy and process, two factors are found, namely internal and external factors. In internal factors there are intelligence, physical, attitude, interest, and talent factors. Then external factors include family, school and community environment.

Based on the discussion and research results, it can be concluded that the Reyog Singo Sumowicitro Group Strategy in Achieving Achievement at the Ponorogo Reyog Mini Festival is to use three stages, while the training process also uses three stages. In the supporting factors found two factors that influence the internal factors that are owned by students themselves and external factors in the form of support from schools, families and communities.
