Tata usaha Kantor merupakan bagian dari organisasi yang menjadi pusat kegiatan administrasi, setiap organisasi memerlukan kantor sebagai tempat konsentrasi pimpinan dan pegawai melakukan aktivitas manajemen. Setiap kantor memerlukan penyusunan tempat kerja dan alat perlengkapan kantor dengan sebaik-baiknya agar para pegawai betah dalam bekerja dan produktifitas akan meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan tata ruang kantor di Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Jawa Timur (Pada Sub Bagian PVL dan Sekertariatan ombudsman).

 Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Terdapat dua fokus yang digunakan, yaitu bentuk tata ruang kantor serta faktor-faktor dalam lingkungan kantor. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dan teknik analisis data menggunakan empat tahap yaitu metode pengamatan data, wawancara kualitatif, dan menggambar.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dideskripsikan sebagai berikut (1) Bentuk Tata Ruang kantor Ombudsman Republik Indonesa Perwaklan Jawa Timur pada bagian Sekertariatan dan PVL bentuk tata ruang yang digunakan adalah bentuk tata ruang gabungan, yang dimana perpaduan antara bentuk tata ruang tertutup dan bentuk tata ruang terbuka, dalam ruangan Kepala Perwakilan dan Bendahara menggunakan bentuk tata ruang tertutup, sedangkan bentuk tata ruang pada bagian sekertariatan bagian persuratan dan PVL berbentuk tata ruang terbuka.(2) Faktor-faktor dalam lingkungan kantor secara keseluruhan sudah diterabkan dengan baik. A. Cahaya yang telah sesuai dengan jenis pekerjaan pegawai, sumber ruangan yang berasal dari lampu dan cahaya sinar matahari. B. Warna dinding, warna dinding menggunakan warna yang netral yaitu putih, Kepala Perwakilan menggunakan wallpaper dinding yang berwarna cream. C. Udara pada ruanagn sekertariatan sudah terbilang baik dan sejuk tapi pada ruangan PVL kondisi AC saat ini ada sedikit bermasalah yang dimana tidak dapat mengatur suhu AC dikarenakan AC rusak. D. Suara yang berasal dari berbagai sumber, diantaranya seperti suara antar pegawai yang saling berkomunikasi.

Saran yang dapat diberikan di kantor Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Jawa Timur (Pada Sub Bagian PVL dan Sekertariatan)yakni perlu menyediakan genset, penambahan luas ruangan, memperbaiki AC yang rusak serta menambah jendela pada ruangan PVL.

OFFICE SPATIAL IN OMBUDSMAN REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA EAST JAVA REPRESENTATIVE

Office administration is part of the organization that is the center of administrative activities, each organization requires an office as a place of concentration of leaders and employees to carry out management activities. Every office needs the best preparation of workplaces and office equipment so that employees feel at home while working and productivity will increase. The purpose of this study is to describe the office layout in the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Representative of East Java (In the PVL Subdivision and the Secretariat of the Ombudsman).

The research approach used is descriptive approach with qualitative methods. There are two focuses used, namely the form of office layout and factors in the office environment. The technique of data collection is done in three stages, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. And the data analysis technique uses four stages, namely data observation methods, qualitative interviews, and drawing.

Based on the results of the research, it can be described as follows: (1) Spatial Forms of the Ombudsman office of the Republic of Indonesia The East Java Representative in the Secretariat and PVL section used in the form of joint spatial planning, which is a combination of closed spatial forms and open spatial forms. in the room the Head of Representative and Treasurer uses a closed spatial form, while the spatial form in the secular part of the letter and PVL is in the form of open space. (2) Factors in the overall office environment have been well-drained. A. Light that is in accordance with the type of work of the employee, the source of the room that comes from lights and sunlight. B. The color of the wall, the color of the wall using neutral colors, namely white, the Head of Representative uses a wall wallpaper that is cream colored. C. The air in the current circuit is fairly good and cool but in the PVL room the current AC condition has a slight problem which is not able to regulate the AC temperature because the AC is damaged. D. Sounds originating from various sources, such as voices between employees who communicate with each other.

Suggestions can be given at the Ombudsman office of the Republic of Indonesia Representative of East Java (In the PVL and Secretariat Subdivisions), namely the need to provide generator sets, additional room area, repair damaged air conditioners and add windows to the PVL room.
