ABSTRAK
Penelitian berjudul “Pengembangan LKPD Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Langsung (Direct Instruction) untuk Materi Teks Iklan, Slogan, dan Poster Kelas VIII “ dilatarbelakangi oleh pengembangan LKPD masih jarang ditemui untuk satu materi saja dan LKPD kurang diterapkan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah LKPD menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung untuk materi iklan, slogan, dan poster.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) proses pengembangan lembar kerja peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung (direct instruction) pada materi teks iklan, slogan, dan poster kelas VIII SMPN 2 Sidoarjo, (2) kualitas lembar kerja peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung (direct instruction) pada materi teks iklan, slogan, dan poster kelas VIII SMPN 2 Sidoarjo yang meliputi kevalidan, keefektifan, dan kepraktisan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D Thiagarajan yang meliputi pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminat). Namun, tahap terakhir tidak dilaksanakan karena penggunaan tidak sampai di kelas lain, sekolah lain, dan pendidik yang lain. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII B dan VIII C SMPN 2 Sidoarjo. Teknik wawancara dan angket kebutuhan peserta didik digunakan untuk memperoleh data proses pengembangan LKPD, sedangkan teknik validasi, observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan angket respons digunakan untuk memperoleh data kualitas LKPD.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah produk LKPD yang berjudul “Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Teks Iklan, Slogan, Poster”. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain (1) proses pengembangan lembar kerja peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung (direct instruction) pada materi teks iklan, slogan, dan poster kelas VIII SMPN 2 Sidoarjo sesuai dengan model pengembangan 4D Thiagarajan, (2) kualitas lembar kerja peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung dinilai dari tiga aspek, yakni kevalidan, keefektifan, dan kepraktisan. LKPD dinilai “sangat layak” oleh empat validator baik dari segi isi, penyajian, kegrafikan, dan kebahasaan dengan skor persentase 87,5%pada validasi pertama dan 90,97% pada validasi kedua. Pada uji coba terbatas dan luas LKPD mendapatkan kualifikasi “sangat baik” berdasarkan hasil observasi dan tes hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil belajar peserta didik pada uji coba luas mendapatkan hasil 86,1. LKPD dinilai “sangat praktis” berdasarkan hasil angket respons peserta didik pada uji coba luas 84,42%.

ABSTRACT
The research entitled "Development of LKPD Using Direct Instruction for Ad Text, Slogan, and Poster Class VIII Materials" was motivated by the development of LKPD which was rarely found for one material only and LKPD was not implemented optimally. Therefore, LKPD was made using direct learning models for advertising material, slogans, and posters.
The purpose of this study was to describe: (1) the process of developing worksheets for students using direct instruction models in the material of ad text, slogans, and posters of class VIII of Junior High School 2 Sidoarjo, (2) the quality of student worksheets using learning models direct (direct instruction) in the material of ad text, slogans, and posters of class VIII Junior High School 2 Sidoarjo which includes validity, effectiveness, and practicality.
This study is used a model of development that include Thiagarajan 4D such us (define, design, development, and disseminat). However, the last stage was not implemented because the use did not reach other classes, other schools, and other educators. The subjects of this study were students of VIII-B and VIII-C class of Junior High School 2 Sidoarjo. Interview techniques and questionnaires are used to obtain data on the LKPD development process, while validation, observation, learning outcomes tests, and response questionnaires were used to obtain quality data on LKPD.
This study produced an LKPD product entitled "Student Worksheets Advert, Slogan, Poster". The results of this study include (1) the process of developing student worksheets using direct instruction model in the material of advert, slogan, and poster text class VIII Junior High School 2 Sidoarjo in accordance with Thiagarajan's 4D development model, (2) the quality of participants' worksheets students is used direct instruction model assessed from three aspects, called validity, effectiveness, and practicality. LKPD was considered “very feasible” by four validators both in terms of content, presentation, graphics, and language with a percentage score of 87,5% in the first validation and 90,97%. In the second validation. In the limited trial and large stage of LKPD obtained "very good" qualifications based on the results of observations and tests from students’ learning outcomes. The learning outcomes of students in a broad trial got 86.1 . The LKPD was considered "very practical" based on the results of the questionnaire responses of students in a broad trial is 84.42%.
