Music Course With Online Learning
Abstrak
Pandemi yang disebabkan oleh virus Covid-19 membuat dunia menghadapi masa sulit. Sektor pendidikan yang juga terdampak oleh hal ini pun beradaptasi dengan menerapkan sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh. Sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan media online juga diterapkan pada pendidikan seni musik khususnya pada lembaga kursus musik. Esensi penulisan ini, sebagai calon guru pendidikan seni musik perlu mengetahui konsep pembelajaran dengan internet (interconnected network) guna melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar yang di lakukan secara online. Implikasi dari penulisan ini diantaranya adalah kursus musik online dapat menjadi pertimbangan pilihan siswa untuk mempelajari seni musik, guru dapat memiliki pilihan dalam pembelajaran musik online dengan menerapkan bentuk komunikasi serta model dari pembelajaran secara online, dan kegiatan belajar mengajar dalam pembelajaran musik secara online bisa menerapkan bentuk komunikasi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan proses pembelajaran. Purwacaraka Music Studio merupakan lembaga pendidikan musik non-formal yang saat ini menerapkan pembelajaran musik secara online di masa pandemi dengan bentuk komunikasi langsung dua arah (Synchronous bi-directional) yaitu melalui videocall Zoom, Whatsapp, maupun Instagram. Begitu juga dengan Atrafana School, yang menerapkan pembelajaran gitar melalui platform video Youtube dengan metode tutorial termasuk dalam bentuk komunikasi langsung satu arah (Synchronoous one-directional). Dengan metode pembelajaran secara online, Purwacaraka Music Studio dan Atrafana School tetap dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara tatap muka (offline) di masa pandemi yang terjadi saat ini.

Abstract
The pandemic caused by the Covid-19 virus is making the world face difficult times. The education sector, which is also affected by this, has also adapted to implementing a distance learning system. The distance learning system implemented using online media is also applied to music education, especially in music course institutions. The essence of this writing, as a prospective music education teacher needs to know the concept of learning with the internet (interconnected network) in order to carry out the teaching and learning process that is carried out online. The implications of this writing include that online music courses can be a consideration for students' choices to study the art of music, teachers can have choices in learning music online by applying forms of communication and models of online learning, and teaching and learning activities in online music learning can apply the form of communication which suited to the needs of the learning process. Purwacaraka Music Studio is a non-formal music education institution that is currently implementing online music learning during the pandemic with two-way direct communication (Synchronous bi-directional), namely through Zoom video call, Whatsapp, and Instagram. Likewise with Atrafana School, which implements guitar learning through the Youtube video platform with the tutorial method including one-way direct communication (Synchronous one-directional). With the online learning method, Purwacaraka Music Studio and Atrafana School can still carry out learning that was previously done face-to-face (offline) during the current pandemic. The weakness of learning carried out online by Purwacaraka Music Studio and Atrafana School is from infrastructure such as musical instruments which are relatively expensive, require more space, as well as additional signals and costs to connect to an internet connection. The dominance of cultural culture in certain musical genres is also a barrier to students' interest in learning musical instruments with certain genres.
