Principles Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Padang Village, Trucuk District, Bojonegoro Regency. Based on the research results, it is known that the Management of BUMDes Maju Djaya has 4 aspects that affect management, namely the Planning Aspect. In the Planning Aspect, BUMDes Maju Djaya has followed the procedures listed in the AD/ART and plans programs to be implemented and managed along with the budgets to be used and managed by BUMDes Maju Djaya. Second, Organizing, BUMDes Maju Djaya appoints a manager who is an element of the Padang Village community and does not have a duty in the Village Government and in building good work communication cooperation is needed in order to achieve a business unite and organizational goals. The third direction, in achieving the target according to planning in the management of BUMDes Maju Djaya, the management has directed and supervised the work of members who joined and monitored so that they could achieve success in managing BUMDes in Padang Village. Fourth Evaluation, in evaluating the results of the work of managers and the community continue to carry out evaluations every 3 months, every 6 months and annually. During the evaluation stage, BUMDes Padang Village continues to carry out fund transparency so that there are no misunderstandings and problems. Then that factor affecting the management of BUMDes Maju Djaya Padang Village, namely a system of cooperation to full support by the Village Government, equity and procurement of BUMDes business funds, but progress cannot be said to be successful because the management of BUMDes is still experiencing bottlenecks in the issue of capital participation funds.
