Indonesia adalah negara masuk dalam jajaran 20 besar negara paling religius dimana memiliki persentase religiusitas sebesar 80% - 90%. Meski demikian, masih sering dijumpai ancaman terror yng bermotif agama.

Indonesia is among the top 20 most religious countries, with a religiosity percentage ranging from 80% to 90%. Nevertheless, the country continues to experience religiously motivated terror threats, such as the Simultaneous Church Bombings on Christmas Eve in 2000, Bali Bombings I and II, JW Marriott Bombing, Thamrin Bombing Tragedy, and the Terrorist Separatist Group Attacks in Papua. These terror acts, often justified by the perpetrators through their religious beliefs, not only threaten the subjective well-being of the victims but also impact Indonesian society as a whole. On the other hand, individuals who fully embrace and practice their religious teachings, those who are charitable and compassionate towards others, claim that their faith in God and the way they maintain relationships with fellow beings make them happier and more prosperous. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of religiosity on subjective well-being and the extent of its impact. The research employs a quantitative approach with 208 participants from Tropodo Village, all aged over 17 years. Two instruments are used: The Modified BBC Subjective Well-Being Scale (BBC-SWB) and The Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS). Data analysis is conducted using simple regression tests, where the p-value for the religiosity coefficient is <0.001. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of religiosity on subjective well-being. From the model summary table, it is found that the R Square value is 0.161, indicating that religiosity significantly influences subjective well-being by 16.1%.
