PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA FLIPBOOK INTERAKTIF MATERI SISTEM INDRA UNTUK MELATIHKAN LITERASI DIGITAL SISWA SMA KELAS XI
DEVELOPMENT OF INTERACTIVE FLIPBOOK MEDIA ON SENSORY SYSTEM MATERIAL TO TRAIN DIGITAL LITERACY FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS GRADE 11TH
Literasi digital didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan mengoperasikan perangkat digital untuk menemukan, memanfaatkan, mengolah, mengemas, mengevaluasi, dan menyebarkan informasi secara kritis, kreatif, kolaboratif, dan komunikatif. Kurangnya media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif menjadi penyebab rendahnya literasi digital. Pengembangan flipbook interaktif sangat dibutuhkan untuk melatihkan literasi digital pada materi Sistem Indra. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan media flipbook interaktif materi Sistem Indra untuk melatihkan literasi digital siswa yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D (define, design, develop, dan disseminate). Validitas flipbook memperoleh persentase 94,70% yang dinyatakan sangat valid berdasarkan kelayakan penyajian, isi, dan bahasa. Kepraktisan flipbook dinyatakan sangat praktis berdasarkan uji keterbacaan pada tingkat 11, respons positif peserta didik sebesar 98,75%, dan keterlaksanaan aktivitas peserta didik sebesar 98,44%. Keefektifan flipbook dinyatakan efektif berdasarkan analisis N-Gain hasil tes dengan skor 0,77 yang berkategori tinggi serta analisis N-Gain pada indikator information searching and evaluation memperoleh skor 0,87, creation 0,50, communication 0,92, collaboration 0,89, dan online safety 0,83. Dengan demikian, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa flipbook interaktif materi Sistem Indra yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk melatihkan literasi digital siswa SMA kelas XI.
Digital literacy is defined as the ability to operate digital devices to find, utilize, process, package, evaluate, and disseminate information critically, creatively, collaboratively, and communicatively. The lack of interesting and interactive learning media is the cause of low digital literacy. The development of interactive flipbooks is urgently needed to train digital literacy in the subject of the sensory system. This study aims to produce an interactive flipbook on the sensory system to train students' digital literacy in a valid, practical, and effective manner. This study used the 4D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). The validity of the flipbook obtained a percentage of 94.70%, which was declared highly valid based on the appropriateness of presentation, content, and language. The practicality of the flipbook was declared highly practical based on readability testing at level 11, positive responses from students of 98.75%, and the feasibility of student activities of 98.44%. The effectiveness of the flipbook was deemed effective based on N-Gain analysis of test results with a score of 0.77, categorized as high, and N-Gain analysis of indicators such as information searching and evaluation with a score of 0.87, creation 0.50, communication 0.92, collaboration 0.89, and online safety 0.83. Therefore, it can be concluded that the interactive flipbook on the sensory system developed is valid, practical, and effective for training the digital literacy of 11th-grade high school students.
