Using a qualitative approach of interpretative phenomenology (IPA) method, this study involved five participants aged 18-22 years old who were purposively selected. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and thematically analyzed to explore their emotional experiences, personal meanings, sources of strength, and coping strategies. The results showed that the meaning of resilience was influenced by the quality of relationship with the mother, self-reflection ability, and social support. The seven aspects of resilience emerged differently according to each individual's context. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the process of psychological resilience formation in the context of single mother families.
