PENERAPAN K3 PADA PRAKTIKUM MENJAHIT BUSANA BAGI SISWA KELAS XI DI SMK DHARMA WANITA GRESIK

IMPLEMENTATION K3 IN CLOTHING SEWING PRACTICUM FOR CLASS XI STUDENTS DHARMA WOMAN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL GRESIK 

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja merupakan hal penting dalam melaksanakan praktik menjahit agar lebih teliti dan memahami resiko yang timbul saat praktik di ruangan. Peneliti dalam hal ini masih banyak menemukan siswa yang lalai dan tidak acuh terhadap hal tersebut. Sehingga berdasarkan temuan tersebut perlu adanya sosialisasi kembali terkait pentingnya menerapkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada saat praktikum menjahit di sekolah agar menjadi kebiasaan dan pengembangan kinerja yang baik untuk membentuk sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas.

Metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk mencari pengaruh treatment tertentu dalam kondisi suatu laboratorium. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi, lembar validasi, dan lembar angket. Dengan siswa kelas XI tata busana SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik sebagai sampel penelitian dengan teknik sampling total. Teknik analisis data diolah menggunakan skala likert sebagai alat memvalidasi power point yang digunakan sebagai sosialisasi penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada penelitian ini.

Dari hasil penelitian terhadap penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja siswa kelas XI tata busana SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik bahwa dari hasil efektivitas sosialisasi menunjukan hasil yang cukup baik dibuktikan dengan lembar angket yang diberikan kepada peserta didik dengan mayoritas menjawab cukup baik. Hal ini menunjukan adanya dampak positif terkait penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dengan adanya perubahan tata ruang laboratorium busana sekaligus situasi praktik menjahit siswa kelas XI tata busana SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik.

Occupational Safety and Health material is important in carrying out sewing practices so that you are more careful and understand the risks that arise when practicing in the room. Researchers in this case still find many students who are negligent and indifferent to this matter. So, based on these findings, there is a need for further socialization regarding the importance of implementing work safety and health during sewing practicums in schools so that it becomes a habit and develops good performance to form quality human resources.

This research uses quantitative methods to find the effect of certain treatments in controlled conditions in a laboratory (Sugiono 2019). Likeart scale data analysis technique to validate the power point used as a socialization tool for the application of occupational safety and health in this research. Researchers used a sample of class XI fashion design students at Dharma Wanita Gresik Vocational School with a total sampling technique.

From the results of observations made by researchers regarding the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health for class After the researchers carried out outreach, it showed that there was a positive impact related to the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health as evidenced by changes in the layout of the clothing laboratory and also the sewing practice situation of class XI students in fashion design at Dharma Wanita Gresik Vocational School.
