Karakter peserta didik dapat dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Dari kedua faktor tersebut, salah salah satunya yaitu kurikulum muatan lokal dan budaya sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kurikulum muatan lokal dan budaya sekolah terhadap karakter peserta didik di SMA Negeri 3 Magetan secara parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh variabel independen yaitu kurikulum muatan lokal (X₁) dan budaya sekolah (X₂) terhadap variabel dependen yaitu karakter peserta didik (Y). Data primer dalam penelitian ini berupa angket yang disebarkan kepada 74 responden yaitu siswa kelas 10 MIPA dan IPS di SMA Negeri 3 Magetan. Peneliti mengolah data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS for windows 23.0 dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kurikulum muatan lokal terhadap variabel karakter peserta didik dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel budaya sekolah terhadap variabel karakter peserta didik dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara variabel kurikulum muatan lokal dan budaya sekolah terhadap variabel karakter peserta didik dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 2,923 + 0,792 X₁ + 0,676 X₂, uji T diperoleh nilai signifikansi X₁ terhadap Y sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, nilai signifikansi X₂ terhadap Y sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan uji F diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 > 0,05. Dengan demikian, kurikulum muatan lokal dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif secara parsial dan simultan terhadap karakter peserta didik di SMA Negeri 3 Magetan. Variabel kurikulum muatan lokal dan budaya sekolah mempunyai nilai pengaruh sebesar 47,9% terhadap variabel karakter peserta didik di SMA Negeri 3 Magetan, dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini. Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa kurikulum muatan lokal dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap karakter peserta didik di SMA Negeri 3 Magetan.

The character of students can be influenced by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Of the two factors, one of them is the curriculum of local content and school culture. This research to purpose the effect of local content curriculum variables and school culture on the character of students in SMA Negeri 3 Magetan partially or simultaneously. The quantitative approach is used in this study to illustrate the presence or absence of the influence of independent variables namely the local content curriculum (X₁) and school culture (X₂) on the dependent variable that is the character of students (Y). The primary data in this research was in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 74 respondents, namely grade 10 students of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and Social Sciences at SMA Negeri 3 Magetan. Researchers process data using the SPSS application for Windows 23.0 and data analysis used is multiple regression analysis, T test and F test. The results of this research indicate that (1) there is a significant influence between local content curriculum variables on the character variables of students with a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05, (2) there is a significant influence between school culture variables on the student character variables with values significance of 0,000 < 0.05, (3) there is a significant simultaneous effect between the curriculum content of local content and school culture on the student character variable with a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05. The results of multiple regression analysis obtained by the equation Y = 2.923 + 0.792 X₁ + 0.676 X₂, the T test obtained a significance value of X₁ to Y of 0.000 < 0.05, the significance value of X₂ to Y of 0.000 < 0.05 and the F test obtained a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05. Thus, the curriculum of local content and school culture has a partially and simultaneously positive effect on the character of students in SMA Negeri 3 Magetan. The curriculum variables of local content and school culture have an effect value of 47.9% on the character variables of students in SMA Negeri 3 Magetan, and the rest are influenced by other variables that are not in this research. The conclusion of this study is that the local content curriculum and school culture significantly influence the character of students in SMA Negeri 3 Magetan.
