Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan kecenderungan burnout pada perawat wanita RSUD Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 51 orang yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria perawat wanita di ruang inap, berstatus PNS dengan masa kerja minimal 2 tahun, menikah dan memiliki anak. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala konflik peran ganda dan skala burnout. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment untuk menguji hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan kecenderungan burnout. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefien korelasi sebesar r = 0,853 (p<0,000). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan kecenderungan burnout.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between multiple role conflict and the tendency to burnout in female nurses at Pamekasan Hospital. This research used quantitative methods. Subjects in this were 51 people obtained by purposive sampling technique with the criteria of female in the host room, civil servants with a minimum work period of 2 years, married and having children. The data were collected using multiple role conflict scale and burnout scale. The data were analysed using product moment correlation to exmine the relationship between multiple role conflicts with burnout tendency. The results showed the velue of correlation coefficient of r=0.853 (p<0,000). These results indicate that there is a relationship between multiple role conflicts with burnout tendencies.
