Pengembangan E-Book Tipe Flipbook Identifikasi Jamur Basidiomycota untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi  Belajar Peserta Didik

Development of an E-Book Type Flipbook on Identification of Basidiomycota Fungi to Train Students' Learning Motivation

E-book merupakan salah satu alternatif yang mudah dijangkau oleh berbagai kalangan. Selain itu, media ini juga praktis karena dapat diakses pada ponsel peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan e-book tipe flipbook identifikasi jamur Basidiomycota untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Validitas e-book tipe flipbook identifikasi jamur Basidiomycota ditinjau dari kelayakan isi, kelayakan bahasa, dan kelayakan tampilan yang dinilai oleh tiga validator. Kepraktisan e-book ditinjau dari hasil observasi keterlaksanaan e-book saat digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Keefektifan e-book ditinjau dari hasil belajar peserta didik, dan respon peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang dimodifikasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Surabaya pada bulan Februari 2020 – Agustus 2021. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode telaah validasi, observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan angket motivasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. E-book yang dikembangkan diujicobakan kepada 30 peserta didik kelas X SMA pada bulan November 2021. Hasil validitas E-book tipe flipbook memeroleh rata-rata sebesar 3,84 dengan interpretasi kategori sangat layak. Kepraktisan E-book tipe flipbook yang ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan pembelajaran melalui observasi keterlaksanaan memeroleh hasil dengan persentase 87,2% dengan interpretasi kategori praktis. Keefektifan E-book tipe flipbook yang ditinjau dari tes hasil belajar dan angket motivasi memeroleh skor N-gain sebesar 0,59 dengan interpretasi kategori sedang dan memeroleh persentase ketuntasan hasi belajar sebesar 90%. Keefektifan e-book yang ditinjau dari angket respons peserta didik memeroleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 95,7% dengan interpretasi kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, e-book tipe flipbook identifikasi jamur Basidiomycota untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif, serta dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

E-books are an alternative that is easily accessible by various groups. In addition, this media is also practical because it can be accessed on students' phones. This research aims to produce a flipbook-type e-book to identify Basidiomycota mushrooms to increase students' learning motivation that is valid, practical, and effective. The validity of the Basidiomycota mushroom identification flipbook type e-book in terms of content feasibility, language feasibility, and display feasibility was assessed by three validators. The practicality of e-books is seen from the results of observations of the implementation of e-books when used in learning. The effectiveness of the e-book in terms of student learning outcomes, and student responses. The method used is a modified research and development method. The research was conducted at the Postgraduate Program at the State University of Surabaya in February 2020 – August 2021. The data collection technique was carried out using validation study methods, observation, learning outcomes tests, and motivation questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively. The developed e-book was tested on 30 High School Students in grade X in November 2021. The results of the validity of the flipbook type E-book get an average of 3.84 with a very decent category interpretation. The practicality of the flipbook type E-book which is viewed from the implementation of learning through observation of implementation obtained results with a percentage of 87.2% with the interpretation of the practical category. The effectiveness of the flipbook type E-book in terms of learning outcomes tests and motivation questionnaires obtained an N-gain score of 0.59 with an interpretation of the medium category and obtained a percentage of learning completeness of 90%. The effectiveness of the e-book in terms of student response questionnaires obtained an average percentage of 95.7% with a very decent category interpretation. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the flipbook type e-book identification of Basidiomycota mushrooms to increase students' learning motivation is declared valid, practical, and effective, and can be used in the learning process.
