Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pelibatan orang tua dengan perencanaan studi lanjut peserta didik SMPN di Kecamatan Wonokromo Surabaya, hubungan antara peran teman sebaya dengan perencanaan studi lanjut peserta didik SMPN di Kecamatan Wonokromo Surabaya, dan hubungan antara pelibatan orang tua dan peran teman sebaya dengan perencanaan studi lanjut peserta didik SMPN di Kecamata Wonokromo Surabaya. metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan propotional random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 289 peserta didik yang dipilih secara acak. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu kuesioner. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan Product Moment Correlation dan Multiple Correlation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) tidak terdapat hubungan antara pelibatan orang tua dengan perencanaan studi lanjut peserta didik SMPN di Kecamatan Wonokromo dengan hasil perhitungan korelasi sebesar 0.311 yang menunjukkan bahwa hubungannya sangat rendah, (2) tidak terdapat hubungan antara peran teman sebaya dengan perencanaan studi lanjut peserta didik di SMPN di Kecamatan Wonokromo Surabaya dengan perhitungan korelasi sebesar 0.143 yang menunjukkan bahwa hubungannya sangat rendah, dan (3) tidak terdapat hubungan antara pelibatan orang tua dan peran teman sebaya dengan perencanaan studi lanjut peserta didik SMPN di Kecamatan Wonokromo Surabayadengan perhitungan korelasi sebesar 0.331 yang menunjukkan bahwa hubungannya sangat rendah..

This study aims to determine of (1) the correlation between parent involvement and planning of study of students in State Junior High School in Wonokromo District, (2) the correlation between the role of peers and planning for further study of State Junior High School students in Wonokromo District, Surabaya, and (3 ) the correlation between parent involvement and the role of peers with the planning of further study of State Junior High School students in Wonokromo District, Surabaya. The research instrument used in this study was the scale of parent involvement, the scale of the role of peers and the scale of study planning. The method used in this research is the correlational method. The sample used in this study was 288 grade VIII students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used in this study were product moment correlation and multiple linear regression correlation using the parent involvement variable (X1), role of peers variables (X2) as the dependent variable and further study planning variables (Y) as the independent variable. The results of this study indicate that (1) the value of the correlation coefficient between X1 and Y is 0.311 which is at a very low level of correlation between variables, which means there is no significant correlation between parent involvement and further study planning. (2) the value of the correlation coefficient between X2 and Y is 0.143 which is at a very low level of the coefficient of correlation between variables which means there is no significant correlation between the roles of friends and planning further studies, and (3) the value of the correlation coefficient between X1, X2 , and Y of 0.331 which is at a very low level of the correlation coefficient between variables which means there is no significant correlation between parent involvement, the role of pers, and planning further studies.
