PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA VIDEO ANIMASI PENCEGAHAN BULLYING UNTUK MENUMBUHKAN SIKAP EMPATI PADA ANAK USIA DINI
DEVELOPMENT OF ANIMATED VIDEO MEDIA TO PREVENT BULLYING TO DEVELOP EMPATHY ATTITUDES IN EARLY CHILDHOOD
Permasalahan bullying terutama pada anak usia dini masih sering terjadi dan dapat memberikan dampak negatif pada perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Upaya pencegahan bullying perlu dilakukan sejak dini, salah satunya dengan menumbuhkan sikap empati pada anak. Media video animasi dinilai sebagai media yang menarik dan efektif untuk menumbuhkan sikap empati pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini disusun untuk mengembangkan media video animasi pencegahan bullying untuk menumbuhkan sikap empati pada anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). Sebelum dilakukan penerapan lapangan luas, penelitian ini melakukan uji coba kepada 35 anak usia 5-6 tahun dan 2 guru di TK Bina Tunas Bangsa Surabaya. Setelah dilakukan uji coba, media akan dilakukan revisi sesuai saran. Media ini akan diimplementasikan kepada 35 anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islam Al-Fatah Surabaya.
Media divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan media menghasilkan skor analisis 90% dan 92,8%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan uji wilcoxon yang telah dilakukan, yaitu Test Statistics Uji Wilcoxon. Asymp. Sig. (2- tailed) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,000 sehingga p < 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05, karena hasil darisignifikasi lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antara hasil pretest dan hasil posttest yang mengalami kenaikan nilai skornya. Sehingga kesimpulan pada penelitian ini, yaitu pengembangan media video animasi pencegahan bullying terintegrasi layak dan efektif digunakan untuk menumbuhkan sikap empati pada anak usia dini.

Bullying problems, especially in early childhood, still often occur and can hurt children's social-emotional development. Bullying prevention efforts need to be carried out early on, one of which is fostering empathy in children. Animated video media is considered an interesting and effective media for fostering empathy in early childhood. This study was conducted to develop animated video media for bullying prevention to foster empathy in early childhood. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). Before wide field implementation, this research conducted trials on 35 children aged 5-6 years and 2 teachers at the Bina Tunas Bangsa Kindergarten, Surabaya. After testing, the media will be revised according to suggestions. This media will be implemented with 35 children aged 5-6 years at the Al-Fatah Islamic Kindergarten in Surabaya.
The media was validated by material and media experts, producing analysis scores of 90% and 92.8%. The results of the study showed that the Wilcoxon test that had been carried out, namely the Test Statistics Wilcoxon Test. Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) showed a value of <0.001 so that p <0.05 or <0.001 <0.05, because the results of the significance were less than 0.05, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This shows that there is an average difference between the pretest and posttest results, which experienced an increase in score. So, the conclusion of this study, namely the development of integrated bullying prevention animation video media, is that it is feasible and effective to be used to foster empathy in early childhood.
