Manajemen Program “Wer Pracả Wạn Txn Chêā” dalam Menanamkan Karakter Peduli Lingkungan Melalui Budaya Membersihkan Lingkungan Sekolah di Samnaksong Sriwichai School, Thailand
Program Management "Wer Pracả Wạn Txn Chêā" in Instilling Environmental Care Character through a Culture of Cleaning the School Environment at Samnaksong Sriwichai School, Thailand
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sekolah dalam melaksanakan manajemen program Wer Pracả Wạn Txn Chêā untuk menanamkan karakter peduli lingkungan peserta didik melalui budaya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekolah, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan study case. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, koordinator program dan peserta didik. Penganalisisan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yakni kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen program Wer Pracả Wạn Txn Chêā dilakukan melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. (1) Perencanaan dilaksanakan dengan merumuskan tujuan program, kegiatan apa saja yang ada dalam pelaksanaan program, strategi pelaksanaan program dan output pelaksanaan program. Perencanaan program Wer Pracả Wạn Txn Chêā didasarkan pada tujuan dan sasaran kurikulum Thailand The Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E 2551. (2) Pelaksanaan program Wer Pracả Wạn Txn Chêā di Samnaksong Sriwichai School telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan perencanaan program. Penanaman karakter peduli lingkungan dilaksanakan dengan kegiatan bersih-bersih lingkungan sekolah setiap hari. Upaya sekolah menciptakan budaya positif sekolah dengan melakukan kegiatan rutin setiap hari melalui program Wer Pracả Wạn Txn Chêā terbilang efektif dalam membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan peserta didik. (3) Evaluasi dilakukan pada setiap akhir semester yang membahas mengenai: kesesuaian pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan perencanaan program dan tujuan program, keefektifan pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik, dan permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan program.
This study aims to find out how schools implement the management of the Wer Pracả Wạn Txn Chêā program to instill the character of caring for the environment in students through a culture of keeping the school environment clean, starting from program planning, implementation, and evaluation. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Research data collection was carried out by researchers by conducting interviews, observing, and documenting school principals, program coordinators, and students. Analyzing the data used by researchers, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusions from this study are that (1) planning is carried out by formulating program objectives, what activities are in program implementation, program implementation strategies, and program implementation outputs. The planning for the Wer Pracả Wạn Txn Chêā program is based on the goals and objectives of the Thai curriculum. The Basic Education Core Curriculum (B.E. 2551) (2) The implementation of the Wer Pracả Wạn Txn Chêā program at Samnaksong Sriwichai School has gone well and is in accordance with program planning. Instilling the character of caring for the environment is carried out by cleaning the school environment every day. The school's efforts to create a positive school culture by carrying out routine activities every day through the Wer Pracả Wạn Txn Chêā program are effective in shaping the character of students who care for the environment. Evaluation of Wer Pracả Wạn Txn Chêā program at Samnaksong Sriwichai is carried out once every semester, at the end of the semester. (3) Evaluation is carried out at the end of each semester, which discusses the suitability of the implementation of activities with program planning and program objectives, the effectiveness of implementing activities in the formation of the character of students, and the problems that occur in program implementation.
