MANAJEMEN KELAS DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BERDIFERENSIASI DI SEKOLAH PENGGERAK SMP LABSCHOOL RAWAMANGUN JAKARTA
CLASS MANAGEMENT IN DIFFERENTIATED LEARNING IN SEKOLAH PENGGERAK AT MIDDLE SCHOOL LABSCHOOL RAWAMANGUN JAKARTA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Manajemen Kelas dalam Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi di Sekolah Penggerak SMP Labschool Rawamangun Jakarta yang meliputi kemampuan Kepala Sekolah sebagai manajer mengelola Lingkungan fisik
di kelas, Tingkah laku siswa di kelas, konflik di kelas di sekolah SMP Labschool Rawamangun Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kesiswaan, Guru. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan dengan cara triangulasi sumber, teknik dan member check. Data dianalisis
secara kualitatif dengan mengacu model Miles, Huberman dan Saldana (2014:12-14) yang meliputi pengumpulan data kondensasi, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan dari
verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut, (1) Pengelolaan tata Lingkungan fisik pada Manajemen Kelas dalam Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah Penggerak
SMP Labschool Rawamangun Jakarta meliputi fasilitas lengkap, perawatan sarana prasarana dan kondisi kelas merupakan hasil dari penelitian yang di anggap penting untuk
keberlangsungan pembelajaran ataupun kegiatan yang lain di kelas, kerja sama yang di bangun antar staf dan tenaga pendidik di bawahi oleh kepala sekolah untuk saling menjaga
lingkungan fisik dan membawa dampak baik bagi pengelolaan lingkungan fisik di kelas. (2) Pengelolaan perilaku siswa pada Manajemen Kelas dalam Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah penggerak di SMP Labschool Rawamangun Jakarta meliputi
karaktersitik siswa yang berbeda setiap individu membuat kepala sekolah, waka kesiswaan dan guru memberikan kebebasan sesuai zaman tetapi dalam batas yang positif,
seperti Gaya belajar, habituasi positif, kepribadian setiap siswa, kedekatan psikologis, minat dan bakat menjadi hasil dari penelitian sehingga menjadi acuan untuk memahami tingkah laku siswa. (3) Pengelolaan Konflik siswa pada Manajemen Kelas dalam Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah penggerak di SMP Labschool Rawamangun Jakarta meliputi SOP ( Standar Operasional Prosedur), Sanksi dan Solusi menjadi hasil dari penelitian. Dan hal tersebut menjadi acuan Kepala sekolah, waka kesiswaan serta guru untuk melakukan langkah yang bisa ditempuh ketika adanya konflik di kelas SMP
Labschool Rawamangun Jakarta.
This research aims to determine Class Management in Differentiated Learning at the Labschool Rawamangun Middle School, Jakarta, which includes the Principal's ability as a manager to manage the physical environment in the classroom, student behavior in class, conflict in the classroom at the Labschool Rawamangun Middle School, Jakarta. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. The subjects of this research are the Principal, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Teachers. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The validity of the data uses triangulation of sources, techniques and member checks. The data was analyzed qualitatively by referring to the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model (2014:12-14) which includes collecting condensed data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions from verification. The results of the research show the following, (1) Management of the physical environment in Class Management in Differentiated Learning in schools. The motivator of Labschool Rawamangun Jakarta Middle School includes complete facilities, maintenance of infrastructure and classroom conditions which are the results of research which is considered important for the continuity of learning or activities. in the classroom, cooperation is built between staff and teaching staff under the principal's supervision to mutually protect the physical environment and have a positive impact on the management of the physical environment in the classroom. (2) Management of student behavior in Class Management in Differentiated Learning at the driving school at SMP Labschool Rawamangun Jakarta includes the characteristics of students who are different for each individual, making the principal, head of student affairs and teachers provide freedo according to the times but within positive limits, such as learning style, habituation positive, each student's personality, psychological closeness, interests and talents are the results of the research so that they become a reference for understanding student behavior. (3) Management of student conflicts in Class Management in Differentiated Learning at driving schools at SMP Labschool Rawamangun Jakarta including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Sanctions and Solutions are the results of the research. And this is a reference for the school principal, head of student affairs and teachers to take steps that can be taken when there is conflict in the Rawamangun Labschool Middle School class, Jakarta.
