GAMBAR RENCANA GEDUNG KANTOR DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN CATATAN SIPIL DAN DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP KABUPATEN GRESIK

Gedung perkantoran merupakan salah satu media operasional yang berfungsi sebagai prasarana dari kegiatan yang selalu dibutuhkan. Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil dan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Gresik merupakan unsur pelaksana pemerintah daerah yang dipimpin oleh kepala dinas dan berkedudukan dibawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Bupati melalui sekretaris daerah. Menurut data ruang kantor dinas kurang memadai terutama ruang kantor bidang, ruang sekretariat dan ruang bidang pelayanan pendaftaran penduduk. Pada tahun 2017 sistem yang digunakan merupakan berbasis teknologi. Karena adanya perubahan sistem dari manual ke teknologi tersebut, maka membutuhkan tambahan ruang yaitu ruang operator. Dilihat dari kondisi eksisting kantor dinas ini memperlukan pemisahan fungsi gedung dengan dinas yang lainnya, pengembangan jumlah ruang dan memperbesar luasan ruang.
Data yang dibutuhkan untuk merencakan adalah luas lahan yang akan di bangun. Setelah mendapatkan data tersebut, dilakukan perhitungan kebutuhan luas bangunan, perletakan ruangan, bentuk bangunan, dan perhitungan preliminary design struktur sesuai dengan standart. Standart yang digunakan untuk melakukan perhitungan luas ruangan ini mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 45 Tahun 2007.
Hasil rencana pada gedung kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil dan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Gresik ini, semula terdapat 3 instansi dinas pemerintahan yang memiliki luas lahan 4379 m², dan luas bangunan 2967 m². Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan pemindahan lokasi kantor dinas karena tidak mencukupi. Dan hasil dari rencana ini, gedung kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil dan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Gresik menjadi 3 lantai dengan luas 1518 m2 perlantai.

After getting the data, done requirement calculation the size, of the placement room, a form building, and the reckoning preliminary design structure in accordance with standart. Standart used for performing calculations broad this room referring to minister for public works regulation number 45 years 2007.
The plan on office building of population and civil registration and the environment this Gresik district, first there are 3 agency of government having land 4379 m2, and the size of the 2967 m2. It is therefore necessary for the removal of the location of the office is not sufficient. And the result of this plan, office building of population and civil registration and the environment kabupaten gresik to 3 floor with extensive 1518 floor m2 .
