PINECONE SEBAGAI INSPIRASI PEMBUATAN BUSANA PESTA MUSLIM BERBAHAN SYNTHETIC LEATHER

PINECONE INSPIRATION FOR SYNTHETIC LEATHER MUSLIM PARTY DRESS

Perkembangan industri fashion di Indonesia terus berkembang secara signifikan, salah satunya busana pesta muslim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) proses pembuatan busana pesta muslim berbahan Synthetic Leather dengan inspirasi Pinecone, 2) hasil jadi busana pesta muslim berbahan Synthetic Leather dengan inspirasi Pinecone, dan 3) respon masyarakat terhadap hasil jadi busana pesta muslim berbahan Synthetic Leather dengan inspirasi Pinecone. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan desain. Metode penelitian menggunakan Double Diamond Model meliputi empat tahap: Discover mencari dan mengumpulkan informasi mengenai Pinecone, Define mengambil prioritas penting dijadikan satu pada Moodboard dan membuat Target Market, Develop membuat basic design, design development, dan eksplorasi motif hiasan teknik bordir dan laser cutting, Deliver dilakukan pemilihan design development dan motif hiasan. Pengambilan data menggunakan lembar observasi pada proses pembuatan busana pesta muslim dan hasil jadi dengan observer adalah 8 orang Ahli Fashion. Lembar angket untuk mengambil data respon masyarakat terhadap hasil jadi busana pesta muslim sebanyak 105 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan nilai mean (rata-rata). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pada awal proses pembuatan busana pesta muslim dilakukan pemilihan desain busana, desain motif hiasan bordir, dan desain motif hiasan laser cutting yang terbaik. Lalu dilanjutkan dengan pemilihan bahan yang akan digunakan, yaitu kain satin, kain organza, dan 2 kain synthetic leather berbeda warna. Kemudian desain terpilih diwujudkan menjadi busana pesta muslim. 2) Hasil jadi busana pesta muslim memiliki rata-rata 3.81 kategori sangat baik. 3) Respon masyarakat terhadap hasil jadi busana pesta muslim memiliki rata-rata 3.61 kategori sangat baik.

Development of the fashion industry in Indonesia continues to grow significantly, one of which is muslim party dress. This study aims to find out 1) process of making muslim party dress made from Synthetic Leather with Pinecone inspiration, 2) embodiment muslim party dress, and 3) public's response to these dress. Type of research is design development research. Research method using the Double Diamond Model includes four stages: Discover seeks and collects information about Pinecone, Define takes important priorities into one on the Moodboard and creates a Target Market, Develop makes basic designs, design development, and explores motifs for embroidery and laser cutting techniques, Deliver selection of design development and motifs approved by the Fashion Expert. Data collection instrument used observation sheets to retrieve data on the process of making muslim party dress and embodiment with observers were 8 Fashion Experts. Questionnaire sheets to retrieve data the public’s response to embodiment muslim party dress regarding were 105 respondents. Data analysis techniques use the mean value. Results show that 1) At the beginning of the process of making muslim party dress, the best fashion designs, embroidery designs, and laser cutting designs are selected. Then proceed with the selection of materials to be used, namely satin, organza, and 2 different colored synthetic leather fabrics. The chosen design is transformed into a muslim party dress. 2) Embodiment muslim party dress has an average of 3.81 in very good category. 3) Public’s response to the embodiment muslim party dress has an average of 3.61 in the very good category.
