Pelaksanaan Teaching Factory di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan tidak semua berjalan secara optimal. Terdapat Teaching Factory yang tidak berkembang, bahkan berhenti. Adanya program Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pusat Keunggulan, Teaching Factory wajib dilaksanakan dan dikembangkan dengan baik. kemampuan Teaching Factory sebagai penggerak utama pelaksanaan Teaching Factory perlu diungkap dan digali faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan 4C terhadap kemampuan Teaching Factory SMK di Jawa Timur dengan kemampuan wirausaha sebagai variabel intervening.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex post facto dengan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan metode SEM.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kemampuan berpikir kritis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan wirausaha; (2) kemampuan berpikir kreatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan wirausaha; (3) kemampuan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan wirausaha; (4) kemampuan kolaborasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan wirausaha; (5) kemampuan berpikir kritis berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kemampuan Teaching Factory ; (6) kemampuan berpikir kreatif berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kemampuan Teaching Factory ; (7) kemampuan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kemampuan Teaching Factory ; (8) kemampuan kolaborasi berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kemampuan Teaching Factory ; (9) kemampuan berpikir kritis berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap kemampuan Teaching Factory melalui kemampuan wirausaha; (10) kemampuan berpikir kreatif berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap kemampuan Teaching Factory melalui kemampuan wirausaha; (11) kemampuan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap kemampuan Teaching Factory melalui kemampuan wirausaha; (12) kemampuan kolaborasi berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap kemampuan Teaching Factory melalui kemampuan wirausaha; dan (13) kemampuan wirausaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan Teaching Factory guru SMK di Jawa Timur.
Simpulannya, keterampilan 4C berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan Teaching Factory guru SMK di Jawa Timur melalui kemampuan wirausaha. Sehingga, guru wajib mengembangkan keterampilan 4 C-nya.

The implementation of Teaching Factory in Vocational High Schools (SMK) has not been optimal across the board. Some Teaching Factory programs have failed to develop, or even ceased operations. The Vocational High School Center of Excellence program, the implementation and development of Teaching Factory programs have become mandatory and must be carried out effectively. The capability of Teaching Factory as the main spearhead needs to be explored, particularly the influencing factors. This study analyzes the influence of 4C skills on the Teaching Factory capability in East Java vocational schools, with entrepreneurial ability as an intervening variable. This research is an ex post facto study using a quantitative design. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis with the SEM method.
The results of this research indicate that: (1) Critical thinking significantly affects entrepreneurial ability; (2) Creative thinking significantly affects entrepreneurial ability; (3) Communication skills significantly affect entrepreneurial ability; (4) Collaboration skills significantly affect entrepreneurial ability; (5) Critical thinking significantly affects Teaching Factory capability directly; (6) Creative thinking significantly affects Teaching Factory capability directly; (7) Communication skills significantly affect Teaching Factory capability directly; (8) Collaboration skills significantly affect Teaching Factory capability directly; (9) Critical thinking significantly affects Teaching Factory capability indirectly through entrepreneurial ability; (10) Creative thinking significantly affects Teaching Factory capability indirectly through entrepreneurial ability; (11) Communication skills significantly affect Teaching Factory capability indirectly through entrepreneurial ability; (12) Collaboration skills significantly affect Teaching Factory capability indirectly through entrepreneurial ability; and (13) Entrepreneurial ability significantly affects the Teaching Factory capability of vocational high school teachers in East Java. Therefore, the 4C skills significantly influence the Teaching Factory capability of vocational high school teachers in East Java through entrepreneurial ability. It can be implied, teachers must develop their 4C skills.
