Penerapan Standar Pelayanan Minimal di Desa Bancong Kecamatan Wonoasri Kabupaten Madiun
Implementation of Minimum Service Standards in the Village of Bancong District, Wonoasri District, Madiun Regency
Pelayanan publik merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah terhadap sejumlah manusia untuk memberikan sebuah produk kepuasan walaupun hasilnya tidak terikat, sehingga di perlukan adanya standar pelayanan minimal untuk menunjang pelayanan yang baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan standar pelayanan minimal di Desa Bancong Kecamatan Wonoasri Kabupaten Madiun. Pada penelitian ini peneliti berpedoman pada Permendagri Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi dan dokumentasi terhadap aparatur pemerintah desa. Hasil penemuan peneliti ditemukan bahwa penerapan Permendagri No 2 Tahun 2017 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal desa sudah cukup baik diterapkan di Desa Bancong Kecamatan Wonoasri Kabupaten Madiun. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari Penerapan Penyediaan dan Penyebaran Informasi Pelayanan sebesar 100%, Penerapan Penyediaan Data dan Informasi Kependudukan dan Pertanahan sbesar 71,42%, Penerapan Pemberian Surat Keterangan sebesar 50%, Penerapan Penyederhanaan Pelayanan sebesar 88,8%, Penerapan Pengaduan Masyarakat sebesar 0%.Saran yang dapat diberikan supaya pemerintah Desa Bancong menyediakan sarana pengaduan masyarakat yang diikuti sosialiasi ketersediaan sarana tersebut.
Public service is an activity carried out by the government to a number of people to provide a satisfaction product even though the results are not bound, so that there is a need for minimum service standards to support good service. This research was conducted with the aim to find out the application of minimum service standards in the Village name of Bancong Wonoasri District, Madiun Regency. In this study, researchers guided by Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 2 of 2017. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by observing and documenting village government. The finding result of the researchers found that the application of Minister of Home Affairs No. 2 of 2017 Concerning Minimum Service Standards of the village was quite well implemented in the Village name of Bancong District Wonoasri, Madiun Regency. This can be seen from the Application of Provision and Dissemination of Service Information by 100%, Applications Populations Land Data and Information Provision can be found by 71.42%, Application for Providing Certificates can be found by 50%, Application for Simplification of Services can be found by 88.8%, Application of Community Complaints by 0%. Suggestions to the village government, providing public complaints followed by socialization and availability of those facilities.
