Dalam pembelajaran PJOK peserta didik tunagrahita ringan memerlukan metode pembelajaran yang cocok sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam rangka memenuhi gerak lokomotornya. Salah satu metode yang dapat di terapkan adalah outdoor study. Oleh karena itu di kembangkan bahan ajarmateri gerak lokomotor untuk mempermudan peserta didik menerima pelajaran saat pembelajaran PJOK.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini secara umum adalah mengembangkan prototype bahan ajat berbasis Konstektual Outdoor dengan materi gerak dasar lokomotor. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengembangan model 4D (four D), model pengembangan 4D ini dikembangkan oleh S. Thagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, dan Melvyn I. Semmel. Data yang akan diolah dalam penelitian ini berupa skor dari hasil validasi ahli, pengamatan pengelolaan kelas dan respon guru terhadap bahan ajar serta tes hasil belajar siswa
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini di katakan bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar materi gerak dasar lokomotor di katakan layak di lihat dari kevalidtan, keefektifan serta kepraktisan. Sehingga pengembangan bahan ajar ini layak di gunakan.

In PJOK learning, students with mild tunagrahita require suitable learning method according to need in order to fulfill their locomotor motion. One method that can be applied is outdoor study. Therefore, developed the locomotor motion materials materials to make learners receive lessons during learning PJOK.
The purpose of this research is to develop prototype of Constectual Outdoor based material with locomotor base material. In this study using the development of 4D model (four D), 4D development model was developed by S. Thagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I. Semmel. Data to be processed in this study in the form of scores from the results of expert validation, observation of classroom management and teacher response to teaching materials and test results of student learning
The result of the prototype development of the validator teaching materials for the feasibility test has the following results; validator from expert PLB get score 4.46 from material experts as much as 4.26 while teacher response 4.93 which means very feasible in use. For the effectiveness test obtained from the students learning outcomes as much as 81.2 which according to KKM kriteia in declared passed. To test the practicality obtained from the ability of teachers to process learning gets a value of 90% which means very good.
