Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara grit dan perceived organizational support dengan work engagement pada karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data yaitu regresi berganda yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS 26.0 for windows. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan subjek sebanyak 31 karyawan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala grit, perceived organizational support, dan work engagement. Berdasarkan data analisis data didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p<0.05) dan nilai r sebesar 0.788 berarti hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat merupakan hubungan yang kuat. Sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yakni terdapat hubungan antara variabel grit dan perceived organizational support dengan work engagement pada karyawan.
This study aims to determine the relationship between grit and perceived organizational support with work engagement on employees. This study uses quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques, namely multiple regression which aims to determine the relationship between two independent variables and one dependent variable. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS 26.0 for Windows program. This research was conducted with a subject of 31 employees. The instrument in this study used the grit scale, perceived organizational support scale, and work engagement scale. Based on data analysis data obtained a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05) and the r value of 0.788 means the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is a strong relationship. So that the hypothesis in this study was accepted, namely there was a relationship between grit variables and perceived organizational support and work engagement in employees.
