Pola Pengembangan Mutu Kompetensi Pendidik (Studi Kasus di Kuanta Pendidikan Indonesia Kota Surabaya)
Patterns of Educator Competency Quality Development (Case Study at Indonesian Education Kuanta, Surabaya City)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pola pengembangan mutu kompetensi pendidik yang digunakan di Kuanta Pendidikan Indonesia Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini sangat penting karena diperlukan pola pengembangan mutu kompetensi pendidik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidik dan dapat membantu pendidik dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi sehingga dapat membantu pendidik meningkatkan mutu kompetensi yang dimiliki agar dapat menjalankan peran, tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dengan maksimal. Dalam mencapai tujuan penelitian yang diharapkan, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi terlibat, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kepada pihak yang memberikan informasi yaknik Chief Operating Officer, Chief School Design dan Lead of Talent & Product. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1.) Model pengembangan mutu kompetens pendidik yang dilakukan di Kuanta dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan (training), pembinaaan dan pendampingan (coaching and mentoring) serta pengawasan (supervisi); (2.) Perencanaan pengembangan mutu kompetensi pendidik dilakukan dengan analisis kebutuhan, mendesain pendekatan pelatihan, pengembangan materi dan penyusunan rencana evaluasi; (3.) Strategi yang digunakan dalam implementasi pengembangan mutu kompetensi pendidik dilakukan dengan cara berkomunikasi secara intens dan menyediakan layanan konsultasi bagi pendidik; (4.) Dampak pengembangan mutu kompetensi pendidik yang telah dilakukan di Kuanta, berdampak kepada (a) peningkatan kompetensi pendidik dalam hal ini pengetahuan dan keterampilan pendidik, (b) pendidik mampu menunjukkan prestasi setelah mengikuti pengembangan mutu kompetensi pendidik dan (c) peningkatan mutu sekolah yang berdampak kepada akreditasi sekolah.

This research aims to examine the pattern of developing the quality of educational competencies used in Kuanta Pendidikan Indonesia, Surabaya City. This research is very important because it requires a pattern of developing the quality of educators' competencies that is in accordance with educators' needs and can help educators overcome the problems they face so that they can help educators improve the quality of their competencies so they can carry out their roles, duties and responsibilities optimally. In achieving the expected research objectives, researchers used qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using involved observation, interviews, and documentation of the party providing the information, namely Chief Operating Officer, Chief School Design and Lead of Talent & Product. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1.) The model for developing the quality of educator competence carried out at Kuanta can be carried out through training (training), coaching and mentoring (coaching and mentoring) as well as supervision (supervision); (2.) Planning for developing the quality of educator competence is carried out by analyzing needs, designing training approaches, developing materials and preparing evaluation plans; (3.) The strategy used in implementing the development of the quality of educator competence is carried out by communicating intensively and providing consultation services for educators; (4.) The impact of developing the quality of educator competency which has been carried out at Kuanta, has an impact on (a) increasing the competency of educators, in this case the knowledge and skills of educators, (b) educators being able to show achievements after taking part in developing the quality of educator competency and (c) improving the quality schools which have an impact on school accreditation.
