Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang gizi menyebabkan defisiensi gizi pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan remaja, hal ini dapat diatasi melalui penyuluhan gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media penyuluhan berupa E-Booklet. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model 4D. Penelitian ini terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Pada penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap Pengembangan (Develop) dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Validasi media E-Booklet dilakukan oleh 2 orang validator materi diperoleh presentase rata-rata sebesar 95,5% dan 2 orang validator media diperoleh presentase rata-rata sebesar 90,5% dengan kriteria Sangat Memenuhi. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 35 siswa SMP kelas VIII SMPN 2 Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Respon siswa mendapatkan hasil presentase rata-rata sebesar 91,4%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media E-Booklet dinyatakan layak untuk media penyuluhan.

The lack of nutritional knowledge leads to nutritional deficiencies in the growth and development of adolescents. This issue can be addressed through nutritional education. This study aims to develop an educational medium in the form of an E-Booklet. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D model. This study consists of four stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Due to time constraints, this research only reaches the Development stage. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. The E-Booklet media validation was conducted by two material validators, yielding an average percentage of 95,5%, and two media validators, yielding an average percentage of 90,5%, both categorized as Highly Satisfactory. The research subjects were 35 eighth-grade students from SMPN 2 Taman, Sidoarjo. The students' responses resulted in an average percentage of 91,4%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the E-Booklet media is deemed suitable for nutritional education.
