Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKS berbasis scientific approach pada materi ekologi kelas X SMA yang yang layak berdasarkan hasil validasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D yang terdiri dari tahap define, design, develop,dan disseminate, namun pada tahap penyebaran tidak dilakukan. LKS yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli pendidikan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi metode validasi. Data dianalisis berdasarkan analisis validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKS scientific approach yang dikembangkan sangat layak secara teoritis dengan tingkat kelayakan sebesar 91,03% dengan rincian aspek penyajian sebesar 89,06%, aspek isi sebesar 88,75%, dan aspek kebahasaan sebesar 95,20%.

This study aims to produce a scientific approach students worksheet on ecology material of tenth grade senior high school based on the result of the validation of experts. This research uses 4D model consist of define, design, develop, and disseminate, but at the stage of disseminate is not done.The students worksheet is developed will be validated by a material and an educational expert. Data collection methods used include the method of validation. Data were analyzed based on validity.The results showed that the scientific approach students worksheet developed was very proper theoretically by percentage 91.03% with details of presentation aspects of 89.06%, content aspects of 88.75%, and linguistic aspects of 95.20%.
