KARAKTERISTIK TOKOH UTAMA PADA ANTOLOGI DONGENG ANAK DALAM APLIKASI LET’S READ
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MAIN CHARACTERS IN THE ANTHOLOGY OF CHILDREN'S FABLES IN THE LET'S READ APPLICATION
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik tokoh utama dalam antologi dongeng anak pada aplikasi perpustakaan digital let’s read yang diungkap secara detail dan komprehensif, menggunakan konsep lima muatan nilai karakter Hendarman (2018:7) dalam lembaga Kemendikbudristek. Penelitian sastra ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan objektif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah empat puluh antologi dongeng anak pada aplikasi perpustakaan digital let’s read. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu simak, baca, dan catat dengan sistem pengodean. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Pada hasil penelitian ini ditemukan lima karakter sesuai konsep karakter Hendarman, sebagai berikut: 1) Karakteristik religius tokoh utama, seperti sikap cinta terhadap lingkungan, toleransi, memiliki rasa empati terhadap sesama, beribadah, sabar dan berserah diri kepada Tuhan, dan menghormati orang tua. 2) Karakteristik nasionalis tokoh utama dengan menunjukkan sikap semangat kebangsaan. Melestarikan budaya Indonesia, rela berkorban, cinta tanah air, dan menjadi generasi penerus bangsa yang unggul berprestasi. 3) Karakteristik gotong royong tokoh utama dicerminkan melalui sikap tolong menolong, sikap kekeluargaan, dan solidaritas yang tinggi. 4) Karakteristik integritas tokoh utama, seperti cinta kepada kebenaran, berani berkata jujur, menunjukkan kesantunan dan keteladanan. 5) Karakteristik mandiri tokoh utama ditunjukkan melalui sikap pemberani, bekerja keras, kreatif, dan sikap pembelajar untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan baru.

This research aims to describe the characteristics of the main characters in the anthology of children's fairy tales on the Let's Read digital library application which are revealed in detail and comprehensively, using the concept of Hendarman's five character values within the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology. This literary research is a type of qualitative research with an objective approach. The data source used is forty anthologies of children's fairy tales on the let's read digital library application. Data collection techniques in this research are listening, reading and taking notes using a coding system. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive. In the results of this research, five characters were found according to Hendarman's character concept, as follows: 1) The religious characteristics of the main character, such as love for the environment, tolerance, empathy for others, worship, patience and surrender to God, and respect for parents. 2) Nationalist characteristics of the main character by showing an attitude of national spirit. Preserving Indonesian culture, being willing to make sacrifices, loving the country, and becoming the nation's next generation of superior achievers. 3) The main character's characteristics of mutual cooperation are reflected through an attitude of mutual help, kinship and high solidarity. 4) Characteristics of the main character's integrity, such as love of the truth, daring to tell the truth, showing politeness and exemplary performance. 5) The main character's independent characteristics are shown through his courageous attitude, hard work, creativity, and learning attitude to gain new knowledge.
