Abstrak

Penelitian ini berjudul Persepsi Masyarakat Etnis Tionghoa di Surabaya Terhadap Ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah: 1. Ramalan merupakan tradisi yang masih melekat bagi masyarakat etnis Tionghoa. 2. Penelitian terhadap Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī di kota Surabaya masih cenderung sedikit. 3. Kota Surabaya merupakan kota terbesar kedua setelah Surabaya dan etnis Tionghoa adalah etnis ketiga terbesar setelah etnis jawa dan madura. Rumusan masalah yang terdapat pada penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana persepsi etnis Tionghoa di Surabaya terhadap ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī?  2) Mengapa  etnis Tionghoa di Surabaya masih percaya terhadap ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī? Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Mendeskripsikan persepsi etnis Tionghoa di Surabaya terhadap ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī. 2) Mendeskripsikan alasan etnis Tionghoa di Surabaya masih percaya terhadap  ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī.  

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif Kualitatif dengan metode wawancara. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengurus dan masyarakat etnis Tionghoa yang ada di klenteng kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima responden sebagai sumber wawancara. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut : 1) Persepsi masyarakat etnis Tionghoa di Surabaya terhadap ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī. Masyarakat etnis Tionghoa di Surabaya mempunyai persepsi bahwa ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī berasal dari zaman nenek moyang dan merupakan jawaban langsung  dari Yang Maha Kuasa. 2) Ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī di masyarakat etnis Tionghoa masih dipercaya sampai sekarang. Alasan ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī masih dipercaya sampai sekarang adalah karena keakuratan dan kebenaran dari ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī. Ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī juga dipercayai sebagai warisan leluhur secara turun-temurun.

Simpulan pada penelitian ini adalah: 1) Persepsi masyarakat etnis Tionghoa di Surabaya terhadap ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī. Ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī adalah bentuk tradisi yang diturunkan oleh nenek moyang ratusan tahun yang lalu. Ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī dari segi keyakinan dipercaya masyarakat etnis Tionghoa di Surabaya sebagai jawaban langsung dari yang maha kuasa. 2) Ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī di masyarakat etnis Tionghoa masih dipercaya sampai sekarang karena merupakan warisan nenek moyang, oleh karena itu kepercayaan terhadap ramalan Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī terus berkembang.

Abstract

This research titled Perception of Chinese Ethnic Society Againts Ciamsi (签诗) qiān shī in Surabaya. The background of this study was:1. Divination is a tradition that is still inherent in the ethnic Chinese community 2. Research on Ciamsi 签 诗 qiān shī in the city of Surabaya is still relatively small. 3.  The city of Surabaya is the second largest city after Surabaya and the Chinese are the third largest ethnic after Javanese and Madurese. The formulation of the problems contained in this study are 1) How is the perception of the Chinese in Surabaya on the prediction of Ciamsi 签 诗 qiān shī? 2) Why do ethnic Chinese in Surabaya still believe in the prediction of Ciamsi 签 诗 qiān shī? The purpose of this study is 1) Describe the perception of Chinese ethnic in Surabaya on the prediction of Ciamsi签诗qiān shī. 2) Describe the reasons that the Chinese in Surabaya still believe in the prediction of Ciamsi 签诗qiān shī.

This research is a descriptive qualitative research with interview method. The research subjects used were administrators and the ethnic Chinese community in the Surabaya city temple. This study uses five respondents as a source of interviews. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Perception of the ethnic Chinese community in Surabaya on the prediction of Ciamsi 签诗qiān shī. The ethnic Chinese community in Surabaya has a perception that the prediction of the Ciamsi 签诗qiān shī originates from the days of our ancestors and is a direct answer from the Almighty. 2) Ciamsi 签 诗 qiān shī prediction in the ethnic Chinese community is still believed today. The reason Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī prediction is still believed today is because of the accuracy and truth of the Ciamsi  签 诗 qiān shī prediction. Ciamsi 签 诗 qiān shī prediction is also believed to be a hereditary heritage.

The conclusions of this study are: 1) The perception of the Chinese ethnic community in Surabaya on the prediction of Ciamsi 签诗 qiān shī. Ciamsi Forecast 签 诗 qiān shī is a form of tradition handed down by ancestors hundreds of years ago. Ciamsi prediction 签 诗 qiān shī in terms of belief is believed by the ethnic Chinese community in Surabaya as a direct answer from the almighty. 2) Ciamsi prediction 签 诗 qiān shī in the ethnic Chinese community is still trusted today because it is a legacy of ancestors, therefore belief in the Ciamsi 签 诗 qiān shī prediction continues to grow.
