PERSEPSI GURU MATA PELAJARAN IPS DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR DI SMP SIDOARJO
PERCEPTION OF SOCIAL STUDIES TEACHERS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INDEPENDENT LEARNING CURRICULUM AT SMP SIDOARJO
Perkembangan pada abad 21 mempengaruhi perkembangan dunia pendidikan, pendidikan memiliki peran serta taggung jawab yang sangat penting untuk dapat mengatasi dan menjawab permasalahan yang muncul. Pemerintah pun meluncurkan upaya untuk dapat mempersiapkan genersi selanjutnya, salah satu upaya pemerintah yaitu meluncurkan kurikulum merdeka belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru mata pelajaran IPS dalam implemetasi kurikulum merdeka belajar serta untuk mengetahui kendala atau faktor penghambat dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di SMP Sidoarjo.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori dan mengunakan metode penelitian survei dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui kuisioner cetak maupun berbantuan google form. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru IPS di SMP Sidoarjo yang tergabung dalam MGMP IPS Sidoarjo berjumlah 92 guru IPS. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif yang disajikan dalam bentuk persentase.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi guru mata pelajaran IPS dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SMP Sidoarjo menunjukkan hasil sangat baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai terletak pada interval skor 87,75 < X, dimana pada interval skor tersebut secara rinci menunjukkan diperoleh 66% (61 guru) memiliki persepsi sangat baik, 32% (29 guru) memiliki persepsi baik, 0% (0 guru) memiliki persepsi cukup baik, 2% (2 guru) memilki persepsi tidak baik dan 0% (0 guru) memiliki persepsi sangat tidak baik. Persepsi guru mata pelajaran IPS menunjukkan respon atau hasil yang positif. Dalam kendala atau faktor penghambat implementasi kurikulum merdeka belaja diperoleh diperoleh 91% (84guru) memiliki hambatan, 9% (8 guru) tidak memiliki hambatan, disimpulkan bahwa faktor penghambat implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar masih banyak guru yang menemui hambatan dalam pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka belajar seperti keterbatasan referensi, kurangnya daya dukung pembelajaran/sarpras.

Developments in the 21st century affect the development of the world of education, education has a very important role and responsibility to be able to overcome and answer the problems that arise. The government also launched efforts to be able to prepare for the next generation, one of the government's efforts is to launch an independent learning curriculum. This study aims to determine the perceptions of social studies teachers in implementing the independent learning curriculum and to determine the constraints or inhibiting factors in implementing the independent learning curriculum at SMP Sidoarjo.
This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research and uses a survey research method with data collection techniques through printed questionnaires or with the help of Google forms. The sample of this study was IPS teachers at SMP Sidoarjo who were members of the Sidoarjo IPS MGMP, totaling 92 IPS teachers. Data analysis techniques with descriptive quantitative analysis presented in percentage form.
The results showed that the perceptions of social studies teachers in the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMP Sidoarjo showed very good results. This is indicated by the value located in the score interval 87.75 <X, where in the detailed score interval it shows that 66% (61 teachers) have very good perceptions, 32% (29 teachers) have good perceptions, 0% (0 teachers) ) had a pretty good perception, 2% (2 teachers) had a bad perception and 0% (0 teachers) had a very bad perception. Social studies teachers' perceptions show positive responses or results. In terms of constraints or inhibiting factors for the implementation of the independent learning curriculum, it was obtained that 91% (84 teachers) had obstacles, 9% (8 teachers) had no obstacles, it was concluded that the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the independent learning curriculum were that there were still many teachers who encountered obstacles in implementing the independent learning curriculum such as limitations references, lack of learning support / infrastructure.
