Penelitian ini diambil dari buku berjudul "Putri Kerajaan Gizi" Karya Dyah Umi Purnama". Dengan adanya penobatan gelar “Putri Ghidzai” untuk Putri Kirana menjadikan ia memiliki tugas sebagai penentu konsumsi makanan bergizi bagi seluruh anak-anak di Kerajaan Sayuri. Hal ini yang menjadi latar belakang adanya kaitan karya satra dengan teori gastronomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan teori gastronomi sastra milik Ronald W. Tobin. Tujuan penelitian ini, dapat mendiskripsikan peran gastronomi sastra berdasarkan plot, penokohan, dan nilai-nilai yang disesuaikan dengan sastra anak.
Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif. Sumber data buku berjudul Kumpulan Dongeng “Putri Kerajaan Gizi” Karya Dyah Umi Purnama dan berupa kata, kalimat ataupun paragraf. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini berupa teknik baca-catat. Teknik yang digunakan peneliti dalam menganalisis data ini adalah tenik pengorganisasian dan analisa.Teknik keabsahan data adalah triangulasi.
Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini berupa hasil analisa plot, hasil analisa penokohan, dan hasil analisa nilai nilai sastra yang dikaitkan dengan teori gastronomi sastra. Dalam buku tersebut menghasilkan analisa plot maju yang memiliki fungsi supaya anak terus mengingat poin penting soal makanan bergizi ketika membaca kumpulan dongeng ini. Sehingga ada peran gastronomi sastra dalam plot cerita. Adapun analisa penokohan menghasilkan para tokoh yang memiliki saling berkesinambungan. Penokohan sastra anak ini ditinjau berdasarkan nama serta karakter yang memiliki unsur nama makanan. Selanjutnya, nilai sastra anak yang terkandung dalam buku Kumpulan Dongeng “Putri Kerajaan Gizi” Karya Dyah Umi Purnama berupa nilai moral, nilai pendidikan, dan penyimpangan nilai. Dari tiga nilai tersebut memiliki kaitannya dengan sastra makanan dengan perspektif gastronomi.

This research was taken from a book entitled "Princess of the Kingdom of Nutrition" by Dyah Umi Purnama. With the coronation of the title "Princess Ghidzai" for Princess Kirana, she has the task of determining the consumption of nutritious food for all children in the Sayuri Kingdom. This is the background for the connection between literary works and gastronomic theory. This research uses Ronald W. Tobin's theory of literary gastronomy. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of literary gastronomy based on the plot, characterizations, and values adapted to children's literature.
This research method uses qualitative. The data source is a book entitled Collection of Fairy Tales "Princess of the Kingdom of Nutrition" by Dyah Umi Purnama and in the form of words, sentences or paragraphs. The data collection technique for this research is a reading-note technique. The technique used by researchers in analyzing this data is organizing and analyzing techniques. The data validity technique is triangulation.
The results and discussion of this study are in the form of plot analysis results, characterization analysis results, and results of analysis of literary values associated with the theory of literary gastronomy. The book produces advanced plot analysis which has a function so that children continue to remember important points about nutritious food when reading this collection of fairy tales. So that there is a literary gastronomic role in the plot of the story. Meanwhile, characterization analysis produces characters that are mutually sustainable. The characterization of children's literature is reviewed based on the names and characters that have elements of food names. Furthermore, the values of children's literature contained in the book Collection of Tales "Princess of the Kingdom of Nutrition" by Dyah Umi Purnama are in the form of moral values, educational values, and value deviations. Of these three values have a relationship with food literature with a gastronomic perspective.
